A Royally Unexpected Capture ((Please ask if you wish to join))

Gabriella Annabella Rhayne was out on a little walk on Naboo. It didn't take much to get her guard who insisted he must come, to get distracted. She told him that she had forgotten something and sent him back to the palace. Unfortunately for her, a bracelet she wore, hid beneath it's metal was a tracker. In little time it would show useful, but she had no idea that underneath it's true beauty, was a tracking device for her guard. She had always wondered how he found her so easily at times, but the bell never rang.

It made no difference, but in order to keep a lower profile, she wore an ice blue shirt, black leather jacket, skinny jeans, black leather tall boots and a backpack that was specially designed to keep her lightsabers, explosives and blasters and she also put her hair up in a braid. Of course the public wouldn't know what was inside until they searched it. Which was hard with her being so mobile and quick. On the other hand though, she loved her outfit. It matched her personality and it was easier to move in compared to a floor length dress. She remembered running in her dress while in heels, which she rarely wears and wound up tripping. That was definitely not a fun experience. Let's just say she got away from the accident cursing the heels and dress.

Anyway, Gabriella soon found a store that appealed to her interests.. it was a paint store. She wasn't too surprised to see a whole color scheme dedicated to her. As a 16 year old, that may have been a grand thing to find out, but paint? Really? She then walked through the store until she had had enough of looking at the different things and then started heading to a candy/ice cream shop that was two blocks away.

That was when she started sensing something different in the area. It was familiar but yet so cold and dark. She kept her finger on it, but moved on.

Keran was on her way to the candy shop, she had enough money to buy what she loved for once. Keran smiled, she loved sweet things. 'another thing for...' Keran thought but shook herself out of the thought. The day was nice, Naboo usually wasn't this nice to Keran. Keran walked into the store. Something didn't feel right, it was in her gut. Keran didn't know why though. Keran went up to the counter and grabbed a bag, she then walked over to one of the candy boxes and took a scoop of candy and put some in there. It's nice having sweets sometimes, no matter what other people say. Keran smiled to the person at the counter and put it on the weight.
"that'll be fifteen credits" the person said as they looked at the measurement.
"fifteen credits! Um... is there anyway we can get rid of some?" Keran asked, she only had thirteen credits.
"you could throw it away." the counterperson suggested.
"oh but that's a waste.... ugh..." Keran started to think of an idea.

Naboo..............a nice quiet little peaceful place with nice pretty landscape. Vengeance hated it................hated everything about it. Luckily though there were alleyways and alleyways had shadows. Shadows were more his style............he was more at home in them.

Heck he didn't know why he was on Naboo to begin with. Maybe it was just boredom.................he had the tendency to get bored. It seemed these days he got bored more often and a lot easier than he had before. He had gotten on the planet with a combination of a suit and a false light side aura. Although it had been so long since he had used that ability it had been less effective than before. He ended up coming across as a cancer patient. Which oddly enough worked wonders for keeping people far enough away from him for the ruse to work.

He had been lost in his on thoughts until he felt a presence near by. So sweet and innocent it called out to him like a wounded animal calls out to the predator. Vengeance closed his eyes taking a deep breath before he followed from a distance. As if stalking prey he moved slow but with a purpose. The thrill of the hunt had taken a hold of him. It had him in his grasp and nothing would deter him.

He even focused through the Forced seeking out the presence focusing on it. His goal to cause just a little bit of pressure in the front of her head. Just a quick little headache and then it would release for a moment before starting again. He would even taunt his prey with a little whispering.

"Do you fear the darkness little one...................do you fear the darkness little one.....................do you fear the darkness little one."

He would whisper it over and over as he stalked forward sticking to the shadows he loved so much.

Gabriella continued to the candy shop until she had to stop. She sensed it was the force, but the front of her head started to gain pressure, sending a sharp pain through her eyes. What was going on? Then she heard the question over and over again, repeating itself multiple times in a man's voice asking if she feared the Darkness. Who it was, she didn't know.. but they obviously knew who she was and/or they were just messing with her. She then looked beside her, debating whether to stay and figure out what was going on or to go into the candy shop and be confused about it forever. She sighed and decided to close her eyes and reached out through the force. It would potentially be very dangerous, but she just had to know and curiosity always got better of the teenage princess.

"What? What do you want from me? Who are you?"

she asked through the force to her assailant. She had no reason to fear the darkness. If anything she deserved revenge from them. Her headache started fading in and out and soon she had to lean against the wall of the candy shop that was briefly covered in shadows. Her gaze started to blur as it continued and fought to keep her eyes open. It was tough, but she was managing.

Gabriella kept a hold on the force signature. She just had to stay in contact with the mystery man and find out his intentions.

Vengeance smirked to himself at the question for the briefest moments releasing the torment on the girl long enough to laugh a maniacal laugh. He paused where he was as soon as he had gotten close enough to see his prey but still stay out of sight.

"Do you fear the darkness little one.......do you fear the darkness little one.............do you fear the darkness little one."

He continued to ask over and over letting out a maniacal chuckle in between asking the same question over and over. This time however he would try and project actual images into her mind not just pain. Images of a thousand violent death bathed in blood..............not just any death but her own death wearing the exact same outfit she was currently wearing. Almost as if he could see her right then even if she could not see him. He was enjoying himself much more than was appropriate but hey he was a bored Sith Lord.

[member="Gabriella Rhayne"]

Vengeance had picked up a second signature but for the moment he ignored it focusing on the little Princess.

[member="Keran Koko"]

Keran had finally worked out a deal with the shopkeeper. Keran smiled as she took some candy out of the bag and stepped from the tile floor to the swampy ground. The air was fresh and crisp, Keran took a deep breath. Nature is nice, great and amazing. Keran didn't care that she basically used the same adjective three times in a row. Keran looked to her right and saw a girl leaning on the wall, her hand on her head. Keran figured she had a headache, that's what Keran used to do when she had a headache. So Keran took out two or three pieces of candy and held them out to the girl. Keran had felt nice that day, like all other days. Keran smiled and looked at the girl, motioning for her to take it. Keran didn't feel like speaking though. Speaking always made her headaches hurt more too. Keran hoped the girl would take it.

To be honest, Gabriella got sick of hearing the same thing over and over and over again. She was basically forced to do something she was never allowed to do. She was already seeing herself on the battlefields dead, but she knew he was just trying to strike fear right into her heart. She had known fear though. Death wasn't something she mainly feared anymore. Through the force and over the laughing, she fought back, piercing his mind like ice as her voice would boom through his head.

"My name is Gabriella Annabella Rhayne, Princess of Naboo. I demand to know your identity this minute!"

she demanded through the force to him. Then she heard another girl walking beside her, before she then stopped. Gabby looked up and gave a small smile to her. It took her a second to then realize that the girl was handing some of her own candy to her. With a shaky and gentle hand, she took the candy that was offered from the girl and smiled again.

"Thank you."

she said as she opened the wrapper of the one piece of candy, popping it into her mouth and chewing it. The sweetness tasted so good against the headache as it worked like a drug against evil.. literally. After she finished the first, she took a second, before opening and eating the second one. She appreciated the girl's help and gave another smile to her, thanking her once more.

Keran nodded as the girl thanked her, it was nice to help out. Keran felt like this wouldn't be the last time she saw her, she didn't know why though. Keran started to keep walking. Candy always helps, unless of course you're allergic. Which would suck. Keran still felt something weird though, a looming presence as she walked down the trail, getting bigger. Keran almost punched herself, she was getting hypnotized by her own self. 'That's stupid!' Keran thought to herself. Shaking her head as she took step after step in the muddy, dirty ground. The air was humid now, or Keran didn't notice it before. Back to not so liking this place.

(Sorry for not big posts, writing all this on my phone right now so... Yeah)

Vengeance laughed almost doubling over with laughter for a moment before strolling out of his little hiding spot in the alley next to the building. For a brief moment he just looked like a sickly pale business man.

"Who I am little Princess is not what should concern you."

Vengeance blinked and when his eyes opened back up they were orange. His aura quickly changed as a wave of dark side energy shot out in all directions like a tidal wave.

"What I am and more importantly what I do to self entitled little Jedi Princesses is what should concern you."

He looked briefly at [member="Keran Koko"] jerking his head to the side with a hiss. "Run along and feel lucky you get to live another day."

He then turned back to [member="Gabriella Rhayne"] with a smirk his eyes burning into hers the predator locked onto his prey.

"Come little Princess see if you can enforce your will.......................you want to know who I am let's you if you can make me tell you."

It didn't take much longer until her assassin came out of his hiding spot and revealed what he looked like. His eyes were like black holes until he blinked and they were an orange fire, burning into her own ice blue eyes.Once his eyes changed colors, darkness spread through the area, sending chills down her spine as the darkness surrounded her. Gabriella staggered slightly when darkness was unleashed, but she stood her ground standing with great posture. The man before her stood what she guessed was about five inches taller than herself.

"It's your majesty to you."

she retorted. From the start, she knew he was a dark sider and anyone off the street would have been wondering where her guard was and probably thought she went crazy speaking up to a Sith in such a way. But she was the princess, she had to make her choices even if it meant sacrificing herself for others.

Gabriella listened to him for a second before returning a stern stare, never shying away from his own that seemed to burn through her soul. She was witty for a 16 year old, but thought she was pretty good at it. She then sighed, straightening up her composure and took a short step forward before responding.

"It may be a sin and a disgrace to royalty, but in my father's honor and for my people, I will see what we are both capable of."

Gabriella responded firmly.

Vengeance chuckled.

"What do you know of Sin little Princess?"

He begun to circle her with a smile.

"You think you can stand a chance against me........................hmmmmm." "How very very interesting."

Vengeance smirked toying with her with his favorite game. A half dozen doppelgangers appeared all circling the young Princess. His hands clasped behind his back clearly not taking anything she said seriously.

"I could kill you with a single thought child unfortunately for you I prefer to take my time...............draw it out for as long as possible." "Care to see how much you can bleed before you pass out?"

He continued to circle with a smirk making a tsking noise.

"Let's play a game......................you pass out and you lose." "If you win...........I won't kill every last person on this block."

[member="Gabriella Rhayne"] [member="Keran Koko"]

Gabriella watched him, keeping the same stance she was already in and listened to him, showing no emotion, one of her more easier things to do in life.

"More than you'd expect from me.."

she responded to his question. Her eyes followed his true self more than his clones. After the first question, he started to just ramble to get her to snap more than likely. When she got upset,things turned upside down rather quickly, but she was shielding the emotion away from her so she wouldn't fall.

He then started mentioning how he could kill her in just a thought. She guessed she believed him. She didn't want proof, plus almost all of Naboo was on the few blocks. She then heard his offer for a game. She was now in a deep mess, but would have to stay strong for the type of "game" he was speaking of. To him it was a game, but to her, it was life and death.

"Fine. Let's play your game."

she responded simply and calmly.

Keran suddenly felt a dark aura surrounding the area, practically pushing Keran down, it loomed over her, as well as everyone else nearby. It was heavy like an anvil. Keran was sure it was what she felt before, that same dark presence. Death and blood, those were things she could feel. Then she got concerned about the girl from before, maybe she sensed all of this with... Maybe the force? Keran didn't know but assumed it was the force, she seemed like the kind of person to have it. Keran's feet were now digging into the mud. Keran heard a hissing in the distance, the tiss, tiss coming from it. Keran kept on trudging to her ship, worrying more and more every footstep. Keran finally got to her ship, an authentic V-Wing. Keran had never been happier to see it. Keran opened it and started to walk inside when... Keran stopped, she couldn't leave that girl behind not with that evil presence, but then realized that if she started to go back she wouldn't make it in time. Keran was torn in between the options, starting to do mini hops until she came to a decision. Go. Keran walked off the ramp and closed it. Keran started dragging her feet through the dirty, gross mud again...

Vengeance smirked the single true version stopped a few feet from her as the doppelgangers disappeared. The air around him beginning to crackle with energy slowly at first and then getting faster and louder as he summoned a Force Storm of lightening all around him. His hands lifted in the air palm up as it reached it's apex. All around him people fled in fear...................or at least the ones that could outrun the sudden storm Vengeance unleashed.

"Are you going to stand there and watch your people die little Princess?" "Do their screams please you?" "They do me."

He laughed as the storm abated his hands falling to his sides.

[member="Gabriella Rhayne"] [member="Keran Kojo"]

Once his true version that she had been following, stopped, she noticed that the others suddenly disappeared. She looked around as she noticed a storm coming into the area that was generated from him. She heard her people screaming as some were able to get away. Others were struck down by lightning and that put a light of anger inside of her heart.

"You made a deal. You came up with it. Now you broke it. You told me nobody would get hurt until I passed out. I thought you Sith were based on trust, power, revenge, etc, etc."

she said, starting to get firmer and firmer with him. He broke a deal he made.. how can someone do that? It was wrong and uncalled for. As she grew more upset, she kept herself controlled, but soon the area started growing colder. She wouldn't realize it at first, but frost would sprout from her feet outwards, her icy blue eyes starting to glow. The wind started to pick up and then sharp icicles formed in the air as they would fall into a circle around him. They would then rain within that circle towards him.

Keran kept walking, slowly, it started to get cold. Keran would regret wearing something light, as she kept trudging, the impending darkness looming over the whole area. Keran started to see change in the ground too, frost spreading out in the land. Keran almost felt like shouting about how Naboo sucks but realized that would insult the residents. Keran kept walking until she felt dizzy, the darkness, the sudden change in weather, and hatred towards Naboo caused Keran to fall over, face first, starting to feel the world D

Vengeance's right hand came up to his mouth as he yawned watching the frost creep towards him the air getting colder. Pulling his hand away from his mouth he flicked his wrist a lightsaber hilt shooting up into his hand from his sleeve.

He waited until the first sickles had fallen before he ignited the blue blade slashing through the ice stepping forward just as the circle completed. It was a pretty trick but a parlor trick at best.

"Two things." "First never trust a Sith.......................we are liars, thieves, and murderers." "Some days all three at once."

He flipped the switch deactivating his saber and clipping it to his belt as he took another step forward.

"Second since daddy never taught you listening comprehension let me enlighten you." "I said IF you win I would not kill every last person here." "I never said I wouldn't kill anyone." "Since you have yet to attempt to stop me then I have broken no rules nor violated any word."

He smirked removing his jacket and tossing it on to the nearest object to him. He slowly reached to the sheath on his back removing his sword. Unlike his saber a sword would cause bleeding.

"So the question now is how many more people have to die before you will stop me." "Do you fear the darkness little Princess?" "Are you afraid to die?"

Vengeance raised his arm pointing the sword at her mocking her................begging her to try and stop him.

[member="Gabriella Rhayne"] [member="Keran Kojo"]

Gabriella looked at him, her look getting even more ticked off. What he said was true. She had known what he spoke of about the Sith. She had known them best for their lying and murdering. After all, it was believed her father was killed by a Sith.

"I know what you people are based off of. Your kind are the people who's stories have never been told. You were blinded by fear and hate that corruption took over your body turning you into something fearful. I don't understand why you people have to have others fear you. All of you Sith are selfish beyond belief!!"

she responded her voice raising the very slightest. After he deflected the icicles, she created a gigantic snowball in mid air that was bigger than the two of them put together. Once it was made, she threw it at him with all her might. After that, she then pulled her lightsabers from the top of her bag, igniting their white and ice blue blades.

(Both have the same hilt, her other saber is white)

"And secondly, you know nothing of my father. He was a great man and taught me many many things. If I remember correctly, he died defending these people and the world. I give you no right to speak of my father."

She responded, holding her sabers at a ready position. She usually fought, holding her sabers in the reverse grip. It made it easier for her as that's what her father taught her when she was young. Of course, he taught her at a more higher level of training, so she would be able to fight more freely if times like this ever came.

"The answer is, no more will. Because I will put an end to this now."

She wouldn't care if she was captured, but she would care if more of her people were killed by a careless arrogant Sith.

[member="Vengeance"]
[member="Keran Kojo"]

Vengeance laughed.

"You know nothing little Princess." "Do I look afraid............................do I look angry?"

He smirked looking at the sabers even more so that she hesitated still unwilling to engage him.

"Sure as a young man I knew nothing but fear and rage.........................but I got over it." "No Sith lives very long without learning the ability to channel emotion and grow as a person." "Jedi are no different...................believe me I have known many."

Vengeance smiled.

"Still unable to do what it takes..........still so fearful." "Maybe you need more incentive then."

Vengeance reached a hand out to the side catching a hold of a fleeing bystander in the force and yanking them back towards him. At the last second Vengeance moved his sword "catching" his victim through the chest. Pausing for only a moment before switching the pull to a push and launching the fresh kill at her.

Not all battles were physical some, the kind Vengeance enjoyed most, were mental and emotional. With each passing moment the facade cracked more and more. The poised and calm Jedi becoming more and more of an emotional wreck. He wondered how much more she could take before the rage took over and she lashed out.
