"You know people don't often get to choose how hard they crash, right?" Lex sat down in the pilot's seat, settling into position before he began to take direct control of the ship, disengaging the auto-pilot. The vessel would shutter as it shifted from automatic to manual, Lex pulling on the the joysticks to alter it's path. With a free hand he manipulated the dials on the dash, calculating possible routes through the blockade.
"I highly suggest you two either strap in or hold on... both would probably be a good option." Hoping they took his advice, he moved his hand onto the thruster, and shifted the lever upwards, causing the ship to suddenly jump forward and be overtaken by inertia. Its path would lead it seemingly on a narrow, though complex trek, keeping it's distance from the invading forces currently occupying the space of the world.
