A Slight Detour...

"Right, im heading to Tatooine," he said, "I don't believe I go your name." he said to the girl.

Iratann observed how the ex-jedi removed his mask, revealing a nasty scar over his face. "O-Oh..." The girl exclaimed, surprised, and moved her right hand closer to the human's face, wanting to see if she could help him. "M-Maybe... I-I... I c-can..."

Before she could continue, the young woman was interrupted by Lenix, who had came back from the cockpit. Quickly, she withdrew her hands, putting them over her knees, listening intently to the Squib. Although she had been somewhat scared before, now she could observe that the little red furry creature seemed to be cuddly, and she couldn't help but think about touching Lenix's head. However, the Twi'lek discarded her thoughts, not wanting to upset her guest.

After Hunter revealed his origins, and why did he had an orange lightsaber, Ira filled with curiosity to know what had happened to him. However, again, she did not spoke, for fear out of making the human who had saved her uncomfortable. Instead, she responded the question that the ex-jedi had asked. "M-My n-name is I-Iratann´Dira." She said, calmly.

The squib turned and smiled "Nice to meet you Dira" he held out a furred hand for her to shake.

The door behind them opened and the Protocol droid returned with a tray with a single glass "Here you are Miss, Melouron Juice" the protocol droid said in his oddly grating, but polite voice~

"Nice to meet you." he said with a small smile.

he gingerly touched his scar, It was less painful than it was before but... "What were you going to say Iratann?" he asked the girl.

Iratann stared at Lenix's furry hand for a moment, not sure about how to react. Copying the action that the red Squib had made, she slowly extended her hand, until both hands were close enough to each other. The small pilot then shook her hand, and Ira imitated his movement. His hand was very soft.

Her attention then turned to the R5 android, who had brought her some juice in a glass. "T-Thank y-you... R5" The Twi'lek girl said, smiling a little bit, petting the head of the robot gently. Being a Twi'lek, she didn't knew the word "no" when it came for eating food, so she gleefully drank the beverage. "I-It i-is delicious!" She exclaimed, albeit not too loud.

After Hunter's question, she again looked over at him, her bright, green eyes connecting to his. "W-Well... i-is... I-I didn't w-wanted to i-intrude..." She lowered her head, observing the floor of the spaceship, and then spoke, albeit shyly and with a lot of fear. "W-What... w-what happened to y-your f-face... w-why a-aren't you a j-jedi a-anymore?"

The aquamarine colored young woman closed her eyes, moved her head slightly to the left, and clinged hard to the glass, waiting for Hunter's response.

RA7 gladly bowed slightly "You are welcome Miss" and walked back to the cockpit to resume flying

The Squib nodded at her question to Hunter too~ his natural curiousity getting the better of him "Yeah, what about your face?"

He gave a smile when the girl and the squib shook hands, but he sighed when the attention went to him, "I left the Jedi because I hated having no attachment, I hated their uptight duty to protect, even though those that they protected had, and would, betray them. I left because They were way to formal for me." he said with a halfhearted attempt at sounding happy. "As for the scar, i've never really talked about it, when I left, I ran to a planet I knew nobody would find, except, one day someone did find me. I ran and ran, but they were always one step ahead of me. Eventually I made it off the planet -Thats when people started to call me The Void Hunter- and I took to the streets, trying to make money, I got in a scrap with a gang, came off better than they did I must say, but one of them got my eye, it never healed, it never will." he said in a soft voice, a voice of a man recalling time long past.

The squib nodded respectfully "I know how you feel~ I always felt those hundreds of forbidden things would drive a man crazy! Well I'd say enough about our pasts and focus on our present. What do we say?" he said in a bright and friendly tone~ his appearence helping to convey friendliness as a 1 meter tall fuzzball.

Iratann listened intently, hearing every word the jedi had to say thoroughly. She had always regarded the jedi as defenders of peace, and from the stories that she had heard, they once were great warriors, who sought to help all those in need, before the Empire came to be, so it was kind of strange for her that someone had abandoned the order. But she was no one to judge about Hunter's decision. She really had no idea about the laws of the Jedi Order, and although Ira had never imagined that they could be as strict, she agreed with the ex-jedi. Maybe it was for the best. After all, she probably wouldn't be there if not for him.

Turning her attention to Lenix, she nodded. Perhaps, a new beggining would be good for everyone, especially her. "Perhaps... I can start again..." The girl thought, and smiled a bit. "Y-Yes... I-I l-like the idea..." She said, happily, yet still shyly.

The aquamarine Twi'lek girl was silent for a moment, lost in her thoughts. Then, she met her gaze with Hunter's eyes. "Y-You s-said n-no one can take y-you that s-scar way right? M-Maybe... c-could I t-try?" She asked the mercenary, waiting for his response.

((oops.. thought it was your post xD))

"Everyone has tried, medic, to droids, to force users, all the same result, a headache and a sad little 'we tried' always was that way, but you may try." he said, as he pulled out a rag and tenderly wiped blood away from his eye.

Lenix watched the scene unfold curiously, as the human and Twi'lek conversed. Meanwhile his R5 unit, obviously bored by the conversation tinkered away in the corner, repairing some loose wires on the rather junked up hallways

As Ira heard about how Hunter's wound had been healed before without any success, she became somewhat dissapointed. What if she was not able to cure the man, and left him dissapointed? Looking down, she started thinking about removing her offer, fearing that she could fail. However, after a short expanse of time, she armed herself with all the bravery she had, and taking a deep breath, she moved her left hand over the ex-jedi's scar. A bright light appeared from the aquamarine girl's hands, as she closed her eyes, concentrating. After a minute or so, she removed her hand from Hunter's face, stumbling back a little bit, tired. "D-Did... i-it wor... w-worked?" Iratann said, sleepily, looking over at Hunter.

"It worked more than it has before." he said, "I dont expect it to ever heal." he had gone to military medics, jedi, sith, everything, nothing had fixed it.

"Thank you, for trying." he said a moment later.

"So, who exactly are you? besides a runaway?"

Iratann looked down, feeling bad about not being able to do anything to cure the ex-jedi, however, she responded to the question. "W-Well... I-I..." The girl started, somewhat fearful. "I-I... I-I a-am... was a-a s-slave i-in t-the h-hands o-of a-a powerful p-pirate..."

She looked up at the jedi. "I-I... w-well... h-he a-always said t-that I-I w-was h-his g-greatest p-prize... s-so that is why those m-men w-where f-following m-me"

"Ah..." The rouge murmured quietly and with a voice full of memories, "I know how it feels to be hunted every step of your journey..."

He glanced up and spoke more clearly, "Im glad to help, any idea if they could track you?"

Iratann looked at Lenix for a moment. He could be right. What if she had indeed a chip in her body.

She started to get worried. After all, she could put both Lenix's and Hunter's life in danger. The Twi'lek girl didn't wanted that, so she spoke. "Y-You... y-you need to l-leave m-me..." Her eyes started to got watery, as she continued to speak. "T-That... t-that... I-I d-don't know i-if I have a c-chip... b-but I can p-put y-you in d-danger"

Lenix waved a furred hand to quieten her and smiled "We can find out if R5 gives you a full body scan~" he said in a 'nothing-to-worry-about' tone of voice "If you stand up I'll ask him to do a scan and we can figure out if you do. Sound better than dumping you on an asteroid?" he smirked

"I..." The girl answered, not sure about what to do. However, knowing that she had no other option, she stood up, and closed her eyes. "A-Allright..." She opened one of her eyes for a moment, as the droid prepared it's scan. "I-It's not going t-to hurt m-me... r-right?"

"Won't hurt in the slightest!" He smiled, one of the droid's 3 silver eyes lit up in a blue beam and scanned up and down the young Twi'lek's body a few times until his scan completed and the droid chattered in bleeps snd bloops to tell his results.

"Interesting! You're very lucky, you do have a chip but R5 detected that it burned out a while ago, sufffered a failure, so they'd never be able to track you at this distance"
