All Those Moments [Levantines]

As the clapping died within the crowd assembled, Judah raised an eyebrow. It appeared the groom was stripping down to nothing but what he had on when he entered this world. Looking to his fellow guests for guidance, Judah had zero idea what was going on. Was this one of those ceremonies where the marriage was consummated immediately after the ceremony? If so, why would the entire crowd...uh...partake in such an event?

Mind drifted to his own wedding night and a ocean rendezvous with a certain mermaid. Yet it had been relatively dark. With no crowd of guests to critique his maneuvers.

"Soooo...." Judah kept his voice low, talking to an Ardan local. "....We...uh...stay for this part? Awkward."

With the groom stripping down, Delila got a good eyeful of, well....a good eyeful. Clearly it had been some time for the redhead but it still wouldn't have stopped her from being impressed. The bride was an lucky woman. Hopefully no one would get their eye poked out before the stark-naked groom had a chance to put it away and out of sight once again.

"Every woman in attendance just wished they could have gotten a little of that before the ceremony."

Sammo, being an HRD, wouldn't understand. At the very least the proceedings would make this trip well worth it. One minute she was pretending to be a bodyguard at some odd and foreign wedding and the next minute it was Humanoid Males Gone Wild. Only she didn't have to pay that pesky pay-per-view HoloNet fee.

"Any of your other friends got weddings coming up?"

Thank the force that behind his mask he could close his eyes, and pretend that he was fully aware of the actions happening.
-This cant be how a marriage happen...-
He thought to himself, he shook his head some. He had come to a wedding, only because his fellow faction members were here. He needed to fit in with the group he had slowly begun to call..family..maybe..possibly.
-This is...so awkward indeed.-
He again thought, agreeing with Judah.

The ceremony was a beautiful one, with vows exchanged and singing of songs punctuated by the kiss to seal the deal. He'd heard of the Ardan custom of finishing off the wedding ceremony by going for a swim afterwards. Nina had been entranced as soon as auntie Rosa had begun to sing, watching with wide eyes and sitting comletely still in her father's lap. Were she able to, she'd have hummed along with the melody, but as it was she would have to just sit and listen.

When husband carried off wife to the waters, Thurion and Nina followed shortly after. While Nina hadn't learnt how to swim yet, nor did she really care to, Thurion had grown up on Pelagon - a planet completely covered in water. Swimming was second nature to him, but rather than leave Nina to just watch he would remain with her on the beach, dipping their feet and start construction of a sand castle.
