Amnis Amber Gld, is a privately Sith owned, clean cut company with military like resolve and dedication. As their name suggest, they strive to be a shinning dynamo of the Energy business world.

Despite the fact that they do indeed have substantial military, counterintelligence backing via their owner, both Him and They understand that business is a partnership. RATIONALE
Darth Diem became the governor of the remote planet Binaros. Useless planet, one would think, with almost 95% of its mass, covered in boiling oceans. But where other seen flaws, Diem seen opportunities.
After conquering the little bit of Land mass, he set out to make as many of artificial islands as he could. For this, he had to use special material, combined with Tibanna gas for cooling the structures down. In that, he seen a great opportunity. Creations of Tibanna gas refineries, under a very safe cover of extreme heat, to counter Tibanna's volatile cold. Having a natures given counterweight.
After moderate success with this investment, he noticed that huge amount of steam, is simply being carried away, unused. There, using part of the funds he acquired as a governor, he created Amnis Amber Gld.. To be its silent partner and majority shareholder. Rest of the funds, were given by the people who believed in the plan, of creating Geothermal plants that would take the steam, and convert her in to raw energy.
Diem gave the scientific group, and the 'public owners', all the freedom they needed in constructing Two(so far) Gheo Plants. He provided them labor, through constant Sith expansions, the works were never in short supply.
But on his scientist and engineers demands, he provided the workers with fair pay, and decent home on Binaros. Which indeed greatly raised the productivity.
So far one plant became fully operational, and started producing power-cells and batteries of good quality. Second plant is to be started any day, after which their energy output will be doubled. Enough to perhaps start production of Navy grade power-cells. For which, Darth Diem will have to bring more engineers.
