And So, At Last We Meet

After her checking up on Ven'Rain, Circe slipped away. Until the mad merc needed her, she would remain within a watchful distance of the near-human, but for now, the best thing to do was regain her anonymity.

Not as easy as it seemed, of course. Most likely Ventasia had a tracker on Circe's ship, meaning that this chase would be a long and fruitless quest for escape. Thus, the only option the plant-woman had was to end this here and now. And how would she do this? Why, by landing on the first planet outside Omegan space and facing the redhead, of course.

As her shuttle landed, Circe stepped out, wearing the Beskar armor she had acquired from Yvorre armor are and repainted. Her helmet was off, giving her a clearer field of vision as she looked around, leaving the shuttle ramp. Stepping into a nearby cantina, lightsabers one of many things on her utility belt, she smiled, ordering a Corellian ale as she eagerly awaited her pursuer.

Ah, how things seemed to have worked in her favor on this day. Not only did she see her friend wake from slumber, but after a very quiet search, she'd found one person who had attracted her attention. That person being Circe Savan. Of course, not shockingly, Circe seemed to quickly slip out and take off. Though it was relativity simple to track her. Her shuttle, piloted by an OP pilot of course, had followed the signal from the device to another world. If one would guess, the woman had given up on hiding in the shadows. Whether or not she was up to something, she'd revealed to one who seemed like a predator. That one being Ventasia herself. Oh yes, a good day indeed.

Gaining sight of the vessel her target had escaped in as they came through the atmosphere, the pilot landed almost directly next to it. During the ride, Ventasia had given her pilot orders to simply stand by. She descended the ramp, clad in the same clothing she'd visited her friend in. No armor, no weapons. Just a simple black blouse that showed a bit too much cleavage, and a black pair of tights that hugged her hips and thighs and flared out towards the bottom. If things went bad, escape wasn't impossible. After all, she wasn't only quick mentally, but with her feet as well.

It wasn't hard to figure out where Circe had gone. Anyone who was being chased by an unknown predator would want a last drink. With that she slipped into the nearest cantina, arms crossed over her chest as she glanced about. Obviously, the woman stuck out sitting at the bar covered in armor. A small chuckle escaped her lips as she approached the bar, taking the seat just to her target's left. Her eyes glanced toward the woman, a coy smile about her face.

"Quite the outfit for someone just having a drink. Expecting trouble, Circe?"

"Oh, not much. Just the usual issues with Omegans that I always seem to have." She took another dip of her drink. "Of course, you're an Omegan, so I assume you're here to finish the job my ex-wife started. Unless you're actually different..."

She raised an eyebrow, unsure as to what @[member="Ventasia Terana"] was up to.

Rebellious Vanguard
She scoffed heavily as her eyes drifted towards the bar tender, ordering several glasses of the finest liquor they had. The fact that she'd mentioned Alli meant Circe didn't know what she was even doing here. Not mention she was outfitted with an unnecessary amount of equipment, a lightsaber included. That would play to Ventasia's advantage. If she didn't know what she'd followed her here for. Obviously part of the woman had expected a fight, while the rest of her was probably confused considering the fact the always plotting vixen had come seemingly unarmed.

"Do I look like the type to finish something started by someone else? Do i look like I have the patience to finish what someone else couldn't? Then again, I could always be hiding a weapon on my person. But where would I hide one in this type of outfit? I wonder..."

"Oh, there are places to hide such things, assuredly. But I prefer open-carry. Well, in my case, minimal carry. My technology makes up for my poor skills with a blade." She eyed the redhead over, a trace of pheromones wafting in the air towards her. "So, why have you followed me, or if I want to be more precise, why have you been following me?"

Only made sense to know, after all. Perhaps it was time for a little vengeance with her ex.

Rebellious Vanguard
A small chuckle escaped her lips as her first glass arrived. She took a few small sips from the glass before returning it to the bar and glancing toward Circe. "Well, that little statement tells me two things about you. One; your no fool. You were either smart enough to realize that you didn't completely cover your tracks, even if you knew there was nothing you could do about it. Either that, or found away to hack into protectorate systems, and viewed encrypted files. In which case, your one hell of a slicer...or a hacker, to be more precise. Second; you have no idea what you've done to draw my attention. You mentioned your ex, as well as made sure you were suited up to a tee. Just to meet me. That means you both expected a fight, and think I've found you for some crazed plot on Alli's behalf."

She raised her glass once more, stopping it just before it reached her lips. "And for an added bonus, you also just told me that you rely heavily on your tech to get out of situations. Meaning anyone with a skilled tech on their side can make you an underdog rather quickly. You may want to keep that information a little more secret until you know someone's intentions." Her eyes remained on the woman as she sipped from her glass.

"I covered my tracks well enough that it took you this long to encounter me. I'd say I've been doing well. As for viewing encrypted files in the Omega database: I have no reason to do so. Not since one of your leaders mentally violated me and dumped my comatose body who knows where. As for what I've done to acquire your attention: do tell me. I'm quite curious. The armor's merely a precaution - a girl can't be too careful after all."

She took a sip of her own glass, giving a soft moan as the liquid poured between her lips. "I don't rely on tech as heavily as you'd assume. But you'd have to do something to me to find out what I do use - it can be quite fun, depending on the circumstances." She gave a sly wink.

Her glass returned to the counter top, simply eyeing the woman beside her, having essentially no change of expression on her own face. "Hey, it's not my issue who violates you, and with what. That sounds like a personal problem. And even that suit, and what its capabilities are, don't really interest me either. What my interest is in is you, Circe. The reasoning why everything I've looked into keeps coming back to you. Not to mention why every conversation I seem to have these days deviates back to you. So you can lose the fancy suit, and all the hidden weapons I'm sure you have stashed away. Unless you give me a reason to, or its worth my time, I'm not here to kill you. Quite the contrary. What interests me is...."

For the first time since she arrived and took seat, Ventasia turned her entire head to look over towards Circe. "You. The person. Who are you? And why does everything that I look into seem to come back to you? What I want is answers. Blood is simply extra."

"Perhaps you've simply ended up in specific circumstances to where those in your sphere happen to coincide with my own. But you'll have to be more specific than that... What exactly do you mean by 'who are you,' and what sort of response are you looking for?" Circe was admittedly unsure of what precisely Ventasia was looking for in regards to an answer. Or even what the question solidly was. "Are you asking to, I dunno, experience the joys I can give you? Learn a skill? You need to be a bit more specific."

There wasn't really anything else Circe could say in regards to the redhead. Until she was clearer, Circe had no answers for her.

Almost as if she had zoned out, Ventasia simply stared at green woman next to her. Honestly, that wasn't response she expected. Granted she didn't really have know what kind of response she even wanted herself. It was...odd to say the least. A small sigh escaped her lips as she finally blinked, her eyes remaining closed for a few moments.

"To be honest, I don't really know what I'm expecting to hear myself. If I wanted your 'pleasures', I wouldn't have let you leave the hospital int hr first place. And this is certainly no coincidence. I guess what I'm trying to figure out is just what I asked. Who are you? The only thing I know is several people seem to connect us, and you seem to have your hand in everything. So, maybe you should just tell me about yourself. And if that answer is adequate, maybe you actually get to walk out of here. But no promises."

"Well... What more do I really have to say? I'm Circe Savan. Businesswoman, Sith sorceress, expert pawn-mover, master manipulator, and dabbler in lust and carnality. I was Alli Wren's ex-wife a while back, and could probably still seduce her back to my side. Former acquaintance of Tegaea Alcori and Siobhan Kerrigan, back when the latter was the slave of the former during her time dominating. Yeah, I suppose I like redheads, hence why this body has red hair similar to your own." She chuckled, turning back to Ven. "So, do you want to get to know me better?"

Because if she did, she would. Very better.

Rebellious Vanguard
It was a vague answer, but then again, she was the one who asked an even more vague question. She sighed once more, running her hand back through her hair. "Well, it's obvious to see that you seduce others as a way of distracting them...or entertaining yourself. Maybe both. I haven't exactly figure that part out yet. But judging by what you just said, and who you are, I'd bet that nothing you do is exactly legal." Her shoulders shrugged before grasping her glass once more. "But, then again, i could be tired ten times over and found guilty each time in pretty much any court. But that's simply me." She brought the glass to her lips, downing the remainder of her in mere moments.

Even through all this, Ventasia was no fool. And neitheer was she a prude. Her eyes had been wandering since she first saw Circe. No doubt the woman was attractive. And twice now she'd laid the offer on the table. But was she really going to sleep with someone she'd hunted for this long? Someone that she'd kill in a heartbeat. Was her appetite really this large? Maybe, but who really knows?

"Actually, my business deals are quite legal, even by Protectorate standards." The sweet scent of her pheromones would begin to tickle Ventasia's nostrils as she stepped over to the woman. "I mean, sure, I enjoy some extracurricular activity every once in a while, and I haven't enjoyed the company of a redhead in a very long time, but that can wait... Or can it?" She smirked. "I can see the look in your eye, Ventasia. You're rather clearly interested, curious if you will make me fall to you in battle... or in the bedroom. Well, let's find out about the latter. Shall we?"

She motioned up a stairway at this place, a perfect location to enjoy the company of someone like Ventasia with.

In all actuality, Ventasia was relaxed at this point, and was practically past the point of having ill-will toward the woman. That was until she sensed something, a change in the area directly around the two. Her eyes narrowed at Circe as her rage seemingly began to boil. It didn't take long to put two and two together..and it took even less time for her to get pissed off.

"I'll give you all of four second to back up, and put a stop to whatever your trying to do. I'm no moron. I can pick up a sudden change in the atmosphere, and right around me. Whatever attempt your making at manipulation me to do anything you want is only irritating me. So give it rest, before I decided to put you down for one. Permanently. I'm not one to play with. So, please, make my day."

It was always amazing how fast she could switch from seemingly calm, to a raging hell-storm all her own. Though at this moment, she didn't know if she wanted to sleep with Circe and then kill her, or simply put her in the ground right away.

"I've about had enough of this." The pheromones disappeared, replaced instead by the aura of frustration emanating from Circe. "I try to make things more relaxing, more pleasurable for you, and you suddenly start treating me as if I raped and murdered your sister. Those were pheromones, genius. The kind of things that help increase the feelings of pleasure? Try and put me down and you'll end up like the Mandalorian in my laboratory." For the sake of keeping the post PG-13, she chose not to go into detail with regards to what had happened to Yvorre Morcade in Circe's lab, and the terrible experiments she brought to term.

"Now, if you don't have any more questions, I'll be going. And please, don't follow me this time unless you want to actually have some fun." Turning ninety degrees, Circe began to walk to the bar's cashier, preparing to pay for her drinks before leaving the cantina.

Ventasia simply watched the green-skinned woman as she finally began to vent her frustration. It was interesting, even intriguing to watch. She had always been good at both dodging manipulation, and pushing others buttons. Circe was no exception to this. The woman had seemed to play calm from the get go, but now she'd finally dropped the act. Shown her other side. The Flame-Hiared Ventress couldn't help but burst out in laughter, shaking her head slightly as Circe turned to pay for the drinks.

"Well, it's about time you dropped the facade. While you may be interested in what you see, I have a pretty good suspicion that you had other plans. Whether it was something you were going to ask me, or something you wanted me to do. Either way, that flirtatious face of yours was a cover up for something. Now, since I've gotten you to at least stop acting like all you want is me, at lest you can tell me the real reason you led me to a cantina. The real reason you didn't attack when you saw me coming, considering you thought I was coming for your head. And while your at it, you can tell me what you know about me."

For the first time since leaving the hospital, and since the two met face to face, Ventasia actually grinned at the woman.

"I know you're Omega Pyre. I also know you're a gorgeous redhead who happens to be Alli Wren's latest fling. And that you've come to track me down. As for what I want from you... I want you to help with my experiments. Lusty, pleasurable experiments you'll be crying out in pleasure as a result of for months. After all, what better way to get revenge on the woman who killed you than to do such a thing with her girlfriend? I was personally hoping she'd join in on the fun, but evidently not..."

Man, Circe enjoyed redheads. Maybe she'd get Ven'Rain to dye her hair red.

She could little more than blink at Circe as she spoke. Without a doubt, she was....odd. Her style of manipulation was certainly different from anything that Ventasia had anticipated. Nonetheless, she chuckled softly, again shaking her head. Her shoulders shrugged as she glanced at her. "So, let me get this right. You want me sleep with me. Have me enjoy you so much that I somehow beg to stay with you. Then you want to use me as some sort of ratchet test subject for your crooked, crazed experiments. Hm....I gotta wonder. How often do you use that line? And does it ever actually work? On second thought, don't answer that. If you want my help, make it worth my while. After all, pleasure only goes so far, and it's not like I have some kind of vendetta with you."

Ventasia looked to the bar tender once more, ordering them both a second round of drinks. "So....what do ya got?"

"Weapons? Armor? Credits? Technology? Sith Sorcery? What would you like? I'm rather curious, darling. What would a scarlet-haired vixen like yourself desire from a plant like me?" In all sincerity, Circe didn't know Ventasia's thought processes well enough to determine what she wanted. Since everyone seemed to be all open now, she was eager to hear what Ven wanted from her.

Hopefully, it was sexy.

"In all honesty, you probably don't have anything thing I want. More than that, it's probably because I have no idea what I want myself. I guess there really isn't anything that I want. Maybe I just want to watch your head roll. Or maybe I want a front row seat to see you crash and burn when all your little plans fail. Or maybe I just want a little green pet. Who knows? I guess the better question is; how interested are you? Oh, and by the way, the Sith and me don't really mix. I had one encounter with a Sith Sorceress. Didn't exactly end too well. Was an interesting meeting, but I never saw her after that. Anyway, I'm rambling now. So.."

As the bar tender placed the glass before them, Ventasia grabbed hold of her own raising it to her lips as she spoke. "Drink up. This rounds on.....well, its on you. Just like the first one." A small chuckle slipped from her lips before taking a few sips from the glass and returning it to the counter top.
