After landing and sensing the fight and some fellow Jedi in need he ran to help showing up behind two women ([member="Asaraa Vaashe"] [member="Kat Decoria"]) walking up behind them while they were talking to the sith.

Standing 10,3 he is now about 2 feet behind the women when he grabs his double-bladed lightsaber hilt in his hand that was much bigger than a regular saber " Seems like you two need help " as a communication device spoke for the Wookie as they did not understand is natural language.

The Epicanthix Warlord circled his adversaries, and smiled politely as the Togruta offered some petty insults. Naturally, they went over his head and he replied with an equally reasonable, "I'll hold back for you and your insignificant friend."
The Sith Lord's was just about to advance, when the Force alerted him of another presence and he noticed a second Jedi join the trio - a heavily furred beast with a menacing, royal blue saberclub singing menacingly in his great fists. An eyebrow arched, and his blade whirling dangerously in his hand he adjusted to Djem So without betraying it in his stance. "So be it, Wookiee. I'll have you all in shackles by the morn." he would laugh, his eyes flaring with ferocity as the Sith Lord pulled on the Darkside presence in the area, bolstering his connection to further improve his chances of domination.

Deactivating his blade, the Sith Lord mustered darkside energies and projected them from his fingertips in the form of a beautiful yet deadly expulsion of Sith lightning from each and every one of his fingertips. The electricity forked through the air rapidly, prongs projecting from each tendril of dark energy until it was sufficient to strike each of his enemies. The Force surged through his veins, and he would sustain the assault until each of his foes were dead, smouldering on the ground or he found it more reasonable to annihilate them with his mastery of Djem So. His mental immunity to any sort of probing would mean that he could leave his mind completely unguarded, and quietly reroute his concentration unto his muscular system, quickly enhancing his speed for the upcoming bout.

Garland finished getting into his rad-exoskeleton, having remembered that it was a protocol [member="Vanessa Vantai"] was quite adamant about. The stiffness of it all made him uncomfortable. How in the hell am I supposed to fight in this thing? I can barely walk, let alone maneuver a battlefield. As he finished his thought and started to slowly move around, the answer became clear. The suit was giving way to his actions, becoming more of a tool and less of a burden. Garland chuckled to himself "Guess I said the same thing about my leg when I first got it too." Garland looked at his now mechanical limb, remembering when it used to be flesh, a simpler time, one where the decisions he made didn't get people killed. He quickly snapped out of it, Now's not the time to be sentimental, you've got a job to do.

The enormous crate next to Garland shook violently as yet another roar bellowed from within. "Time to come out and play my dear, your meal awaits you." As the words left his lips, he shattered the box with the power of the force, As the debris cleared, a magnificent beast emerged from the wreckage. Before him was an Acklay. She was as large as she was powerful. Another loud scream erupted from her, this time unhindered by the crate, others on the ship would surely hear her, and Garland knew it would inspire fear.

Garland climbed onto her back, readying himself for the ride. With a snap of his fingers, the Acklay took off in a dead sprint towards the aft area of the ship. He was going to catch the ship's intruders off-guard and put an end to this quickly. As he sped through the corridors, he controlled the movements of his mount with the force, telling it where it needed to go, the alarms got louder, he was nearing his destination. The Acklay just bounded along, as if on a leisurely stroll. It covered the distance in mere minutes. He saw a few crew members run as they witnessed his approach, their eyes wide with fear and disbelief. As he rounded a corner, he came to a ramp, the aft section was only a small bit away now. Someone was already there, they had to be with [member="Vanessa Vantai"] as the intruders could not have made it this far into the ship quite yet.

His beast screeched to warn the individual of it's approach as it was not told to attack or trample them. Garland snapped once more, just a few meters from the person on the ramp. The Acklay came to a dead stop. Garland looked at the man who stood before him, he could feel the force emanating from him like an extension of his body. This man was not to be trifled with. Garland hopped off and extended his mechanical hand, hoping to make a good impression on the individual. "By the looks of things, we might have our hands full. The names Garland Kramer, professional Beast-lord, and who might you be?"

Laira grinned at her companion from behind the black special operations mask. They were in stealth mode, moving around and causing minor power failures in some of the corridors. Nothing that was likely to bring down the massive Battle Cruiser, but hey, they were causing some minor power fluctuations and disabling minor systems in corridors.

"I'll try. I wish you could see this thing, though. It would give you a feel for how much I'm going to have to make up." The blind witch was funny and Laira enjoyed getting to spend time with her, and this was also benefiting the Resistance in their war on the Sith Empire. But in honesty, Laira was going to owe the other redhead a couple of dates to make up for suggesting they go raiding with the Resistance as a date, the thing wasn't an antique, it was a space hulk. The tell-tale signs of rushed of being made with war time engineering and having been left on ice for probably a decade between its last active cruise. It was still fully-functional other than the handful of corridors now bathed in darkness thanks to the two girls, just hideous to the redhead aesthetically.

Laira could only imagine Julius skipping down a corridor lightsaber active and flourishing about. She turned a corner, spraying another panel with a warning label shorting our the lights along the corridor. It was a few people abreast and only a little taller than a person could stand. If she reached up she could touch the bulkheads as they went along, but otherwise a relatively small corridor inside a large ship.

"Here we go, this maintenance shaft should be good for us." She pointed at a small person sized tunnel leading down through the ship. There were stormtroopers on their way, their noise obvious, and the entire ship rattled with the weight of something massive. "That'll take us to the lower levels and engineering crawlways. We should drop some EMP grenades going towards the main reactor and stop wrecking stuff until we get to the thing." She said, hurling EMP grenades down the larger corridor with timers set to for different times so that the detonations would trigger at different distances, hopefully leading them to believe they would take that route towards the main reactor. "Hmmm, you wanna climb down first and help me down, or should I and watch you?"

"I'm fine with just smelling it, babe. It's rank enough," the empath retorted good-naturedly. The lights had gone out. At least in the area Elpsis and Laira had been passing through. The melted power conduits would also probably cause minor power fluctuations. The corridor was shrouded in darkness, and while Laira sprayed panels, Elpsis killed another power conduit and crushed a security camera before it could get an image of them.

So far so good. Doubtless security had noticed the breach. Indeed, Sith and stormtroopers might be on the way to them. Needless to say the two could not take on an army all by themselves, but if a horde tried to make its way through a small, narrow corridor...well, Elpsis had some solid crowd conrol powers. Her keen ears picked up on noise as they reached the small tunnel. She could sense the auras of Forceful beings. Doubtless these were Sith who had been alerted, but their auras were still faint, meaning that they were distant.

She gave Laira a nod as the redhead tossed some EMP grenades. The small balls travelled down a different corridor, hopefully misleading security when it came to their intentions. "Watch me or my arse? Not that I mind either," she asked playfully. Admittedly it was covered by armour in this case. "I'll go first." That said, she slowly made her way down the shaft, climbing down the ladder. Then she helped Laira come down. That required touch obviously. Win-win.

The alarm was obnoxious, penetrating the ears and causing aggravation in the young man. The exoskeleton wasn't making life any better, as the metal feet clanged against the grated floor. If this was a stealth mission, the element of surprise would be gone in seconds. Jayce was slowly making his way to the command deck, hoping to regroup with [member="Orion Darkstar"] and find the intruders. The disturbance was still there, the Grey Jedi could feel that multiple force users were planting themselves upon this cruiser. It would be extremely problematic if he were to run into a pack of them before reaching his reinforcements. Jayce almost wished he had a squadron of his own personal RAD Troopers, they would turn the tide in any fight. Unfortunately for him, he wasn't qualified to command a military unit.

Jayce had always been a loner, trying to do what he believed to be the right course of action. None of these factions inspired much confidence, each out for their own personal greed. Perhaps it wasn't them however, maybe it was his own way of thinking that kept this feeling of loneliness. These thoughts swirled in his mind, a distraction as he ran the empty halls of the mighty ship. More conflict rose within him. Jayce had been battling his own demons over the past year, this war could be the tipping point that flipped him into the darkness. To be fair, he was helping a pack of Sith.

Ascending up a set of stairs, the young man felt he was a few floors away from the command deck. Using elevators would be optimal choice, unfortunately, they were locked down because of the intruders. The exoskeleton was slowing him down, sweat poured down each side of his face. If it wasn't meant to protect his life, Jayce would have cut the damn thing to pieces. He needed to run down this next hall to reach the other flight of stairs. His black hair flowing as he increased his speed. The Grey Jedi was sure that he would have ran into someone by now. Though they could be in the lower levels, Jayce just missing them as he climbed each floor.

A pulse surged through him, stopping in his place. They were here, two force users. Examining the area, Jayce noticed two figures descending down from a ladder. There was a doorway to his right, quickly leaping to it. I guess I wasn't that close to the command center after all, he thought to himself. Time to call for help.

When he boarded the ship, Orion had given him a small communicator. It was a small metallic oval piece, equipped with a few mini nobs at the top of the construct. "Orion come in, it's Jayce. I found two intruders in a hallway further down in the ship. Lock onto my signal." The young man, placed the communicator into his pocket, the transmission still going. There was no way of keeping them here without getting involved. With a deep sigh, he began to walk closer to them, the thud of the metal boots signalling his presence. His right hand banged on the metal chest piece to make them even more aware.

With hilt in hand, a violet blade erupted from it. A grin washed over his face, saying the most snide remark the galaxy has ever known. "Hello there."

Mirra Voss

Too weird to live, too rare to die!
Location: Planetary Surface

Solari ducked under the broken building, lifting the roof effortlessly with one mechanical hand to allow her to reach down and scoop the child out. The parents gazed at her with barely emotions varying between hunger, hostility and thanks as she handed over their child.

A volley of blaster fire flew overhead as X-Wing chased Interceptor. She wondered who the pilots were, her memory shifting the emblems on the side only slightly to take her back hundreds of years.

Only know, there were more Sith. They burnt and poisoned the worlds they took, rather than clamping them in chains. Just to prove a point.

The Light must resist, it - and Solari - could do nothing else.

"You should away from here - go - into the wilderness." She said calmly to the small crowd of natives, all of whom looked slightly confused at the individual they half knew to be prey, yet who clearly could not be. Then she turned and sprinted off down the road at inhuman speeds. The Force showed her there were Sith landers heading to the next village, and she was determined to reach this one first. She did not wish to kill, but she would.

The chrome mask glimmered back at the panel on the wall. Its motionless appearance only showed the frightening indents along the ridge of Orion's mouth. He felt something even more relevant than the unwanted guests on board and approaching fast. Orion's lush, green eyes stared back at the way he came. He anticipated the gifted creature would quickly turn the corner and spot him. He remained still, the numeric numbers churning in his head waiting for the right time to fight if needed.
Could I have missed another intruder?
Orion thought, his hand slipping to the inside of his lengthy cloak. The lanky fingers that caressed his mistress of death, stung back with a cold. The hilt of his saber speaking back to him through the force. The silence between Orion and the intangible threat jolting his way, was broken as a large creature came into view. The tension was lifted, but the excitement that Orion felt made him happy. He had tried to hunt the charging creature before. It was as majestic, as it was rare. The Krayt Dragon resembled those that were normally found on Tattooine. Its tan scales stretched to the slender end of its tail. A tiny smile formed as Orion watched it come to a halt. Almost mesmerized, he hadn't realized the person riding it.
"By the looks of things, we might have our hands full. The names Garland Kramer, professional Beast-lord, and who might you be?"
Orion nodded toward [member="Garland Kramer"] acknowledging the position they were all in. Orion wanted to ask a lot of questions, but was interrupted by another voice springing to life. It was Jayce and it seemed the culprits were found. Orion reached for the small device from his cloak pocket and turned the dial. The volume increased as he listened.
"Orion come in, it's Jayce. I found two intruders in a hallway further down in the ship. Lock onto my signal."
Orion looked at Garland and back at the Krayt Dragon that watched him intently. They seemed more than capable of handling the situation. Orion deduced all possibilities in his mind. Either he would be right or wrong, there was no grey area. Sending a beast master to his death wouldn't be the worst thing he ever did, not by a long shot. Still, there wasn't time to worry about how it panned out. He waited for a slight moment, almost like the force gripped him before he was wrapped back into reality. He felt the guidance of the darkside. He slightly tilted his head sideways and broke the awkward silence between him and Garland.
"It sounds like Jayce needs back up, he'll need one of us to go assist him. I find it best for a professional Beast-Lord like yourself to find a sufficient way to deal with the two imbeciles that don't belong on this ship" Orion turned away from the impressive man. Looking over his shoulder he gave Garland his answer. "Orion Darkstar, it's been a quick pleasure Garland." His teeth clenched as he felt another signature splinter into his mind. It was closer than the rest. The powerful expanse of the force flowed strongly in the being just below him. Orion couldn't wait any longer and bolted down the ramp, leaving Garland to deal with the task he asked of him.
He reached the bottom of the 'L' shaped ramp and came to a halt. The metal clank ripping into the floor boards from the mechanical suit that was hidden underneath. The long tunnel like passage taunted him for only a moment. Like a gift from the force a human appeared. The man skipped, a green light emanating along the walls. Orion felt the darkside's clairvoyance had brought him another powerful challenger. The brave soul taunted in song, something that Orion disliked. A sharp grin formed under the mask, the swelling darkness surrounding him like a storm.
The tight spaces would make it difficult to preform a force jump to close the gap, so instead he called on the force in a different way. The tingle in his heels began to slightly burn before a ripple in the force sent him blasting forward after the intruder.
The human would know the power of the darkside soon enough.

The control module and room were shortly ahead, and Julius was taking his time to methodically destroy things now. He was still skipping and singing his shanties, onto one now about the biggest fish you ever did see, wherein each verse the fish grew a few meters. Suddenly he stopped. There were signs detailing a control room as 'Central Engine Maintenance' and his eyes lit up with glee as he stood before it considering for a moment. His goal had been the hyperdrives, but this could be a nice pit-stop. Destroy this, and there would be no sensory uplink for the bridge or anyone to log into to collect any data on the ship. Though he was no pilot, growing up and subsequently reconnecting with Cal, he had the basics of a ship workings down. Destroy this node and they wouldn't receive any data from the engines. Orders and commands could be sent, but they would have no idea if they were being followed. He knew if he were smarter, he could patch in a module to reroute and haywire their signals and feed the monitoring system false info. But, he wasn't the one to be able to do it.

Chuckling, he spun into the room in a blur of Force-enhanced speed, throwing simple smoke grenades and dipping into the cadence of fighting sight as officer and engineer side-arms went off. Half a dozen personnel, including security. They would know he had struck here, and would find out things soon, but a lightsaber to every monitor and uplink would slow them being able to reroute or even physically relay info via hard-comms for hours, so, flipping the blade setting to stun for power output, he revved off and into action, leaping onto the ceiling with a touch of inertia as he went for the guards first by a gentle Force leap.

As he gazed out into the crimson, mist-shrouded horizon, there was nothing but sorrow in Arcanus’ lusterless, sapphire eyes. He had seen the horrors that war had wrought a thousand times before when the supposed valiant forces of the reformed Galactic Republic struggled against the resurgent might of the One Sith. What transpired upon the surface of this world, and within the atmospheric platforms themselves, was little different from what occurred many times before. The only thing that changed, that ever changed with conflict throughout the ages, was the pieces atop the board - and the factions vying for control. Thus, when the beacon for aid had been lit, there was no question in the Jedi Master’s mind. He would rise to the occasion and defend those who couldn’t defend themselves. It was the burden of his duty, and as he had failed the Republic in an age long past, the Epicanthix would not fail again.

And so, as their stockpile of proffered supplies began to dwindle, Arcanus took it upon himself to venture forth into the wilds. Yes, while many of the humans were capable hunters in their own right, the mist-shrouded surface of Anzat was nothing to scoff at. From his knowledge of history, there had been many tales from craven spacers who ventured into the fog, only to return bloodied and frantic with tales of those who dwelled beneath. They ranted and raved of feral creatures that stalked the night and fed upon the gray matter of their friends and loved ones alike. The very life that once swelled within their breasts, snuffed out in a matter of moments as the swarmings tendrils retracted back into their fleshy housings. The Feral Anzati, those creatures were called. It was they that Arcanus sought to protect his kin and newfound charges from. The others would have succumbed to their unchecked telekine manipulations, eventually enthralled to their crazed and primal will.

Such a fate, thankfully due in part to his cursed genetics, would never come to pass in the Epicanthix’s case.

However, whilst the feral natives stalked the mists, it was the villages of true-born Anzati that the Jedi had wished to save his kindred from. While their more primal kin are ancient and unhinged, those that dwelled within the stone-hewn walls - were far more dangerous. They needed time to gather their strength to face such a challenge, and they were not prepared to endure the horrors that were spawned by a psychic battlefield between two opposing wills. Therefore, the Master had left their charges in the capable hands of his fellow Jedi, knowing that they would be safe until rescue had broken through the blockade or the grim fate that awaited all had come to claim their lives.

He ran. Away from their mountain hideaway, and through the dense thicket of towering mist-shrouded bamboo stalks, with the swamp beneath his feet greedily sucking at his boots. It was a tiring affair, but one that Arcanus knew would be worth it in the end. There was a little girl back in those caverns that the Master had started to develop an almost paternal bond with, as he felt the echoes of familiarity shroud her grime-caked shoulders. She too had been orphaned by violence, and when this madness was over, she would be left all alone for the monsters to prey on her weakness. That wouldn’t happen. He would return, with cache in hand, and bring a smile to that little girl’s face.

Perhaps, with that act of kindness- He stopped. His thoughts were interrupted by the clamour of distant violence. It seemed that the Sith had no longer desired to remain above the surface, and descended from the heavens to claim whatever riches Anzat’s soil held. There was no other explanation for the sudden flare of conflicting auras that stained the flowing tides of the aether. A heavy sigh burst past the Jedi’s lips, as his thoughts drifted towards that little girl and her fellow survivors waiting a bit longer for relief. It would be an inconvenience, but the Epicanthix was certain that they would manage. They lived in a world of monsters, what was a few hours delay?

Without hesitation, Arcanus raced off towards the despoiled aura and felt the untamed fury of those who sought dominion over this world, coupled with the fear of those who wanted nothing of it. When he had reached the stone-hewn village and it’s sundered gates, the Jedi peered in at the chaos the Sith and their Empire had wrought. Fissured streets and broken bodies littered the central causeway - followed by two distant figures haloed by their hateful emanations. One was cold and calculating. They - no - She didn’t like killing. She believed that it was beneath her in many ways and only sought to prove that her power, as well as that of her masters, was the true dominant force in the galaxy. Had she been found by the Jedi, it was possible that her upbringing would’ve been different and her strength would’ve been turned towards defending life, rather than simply taking it. Perhaps, there was a chance that she could be guided away from such malcontent. Perhaps, with the right words, this woman shrouded in darkness, could be convinced to walk in Ashla’s light - instead of being ensnared by Bogan’s shadow.

Then there was another. This one bore a different aura to that of his companion. He too thought the act of slaughtering those was beneath him, and only slew those who stood in his way. By skimming his surface thoughts, an act that shouldn’t raise suspicion, Arcanus could tell that the man was conflicted. He seemed to - Though the Jedi wished to dive further and explore the duality that burned within this figure’s soul, a shriek of terror had drawn the Master’s gaze. The woman that he had sensed before had sought to claim the life of an innocent. Though the creature was but a child to that woman’s eyes, the Anzati was ancient and had sought to toy with that woman’s emotions. It was possible that if she had hesitated, stopped her relentless assault in any way, that he would press home his advantage and strike when her guard was at her weakest.

However, as the hammer swung over the enthralled warrior’s head, the realization of the Anzati youth’s mistake had settled in and terror gripped his heart.

Extended his hand, and allowing his will to manifest within the ethereal tides of the Force, the Jedi Master reached out and grabbed hold of the boy. With all the mental prowess he could muster within the second’s it had taken for the massive hammer to arc past the woman’s crown, Arcanus pulled the child out of harm's way. As the boy crashed back to earth, he did so in tune with the hammer that would’ve claimed his life. The sounds of both impacts rang true within the dying village, eclipsing the horrors the Sith Empire wrought. Now revealed to his foes, the Jedi Master allowed a smile to crest his lips and spoke the common tongue for both to hear.

“Culling the weak doesn’t suit either of you,” The Epicanthix began as his boots began to shift the fractured earth underfoot. “Nor does your enthrallment to the Sith and their burgeoning Empire. I would ask that you both collect your soldiers and leave this world before the locals return to claim what’s theirs. There’s been enough senseless violence and death this day.”

"Orion Darkstar, it's been a quick pleasure Garland." That was all the man on the ramp had revealed about himself before bolting off towards some of the intruders on the lower sections of the Ablution. That was fine though, he had his new orders, find the one that contacted Orion only mere seconds earlier. His name was Jayce, and was somewhere else on this ship, ready to engage with the enemy. Garland needed to be swift, he recalled Jayce's words, "Orion come in, it's Jayce. I found two intruders in a hallway further down in the ship. Lock onto my signal." Garland pulled out a tablet given to him by [member="Vanessa Vantai"] that portrayed a map of the ship. It truly was a massive vessel, but based on what Jayce had said, there was only a couple of spots that he could be in, Garland saw only one outgoing signal a floor above the crew quarters near the back of the ship, Jayce could be there. It was a bit lower in the ship, but given it's location, intruders could have made it there already.

With a quick snap of his fingers, the Acklay spun around and ascended the ramp, only to immediately turn and take off in a dead sprint towards the signal's location, he doubted the intruders would be stupid enough to give away their position, but if it was a trap or a lax in judgement, they would be surely caught off-guard when he arrived. As he rode on the back of his beast, Garland noticed that the back half of the ship was considerably smaller corridors than where he was coming from. If the fight was to take place very much farther from where the signal was, the Acklay would have a hard time maneuvering, and might have to stand guard until he returned. It was unfortunate, but Garland was still a strong force user, and could hold his own when necessary.

The alarms were still blaring quite loudly in this section of the ship, Garland grinded his teeth slightly as they bellowed through the halls. Everyone knows we are under attack by now, all these damn things do is annoy people. He was close to the signal now, he ordered the Acklay to slow it's pace. Stealth wasn't an easy thing to achieve with such a beast, but he would give it a shot. He directed the power of the force wholly on the Acklay now. He concentrated as the beast was slowly lifted into the air and floated through the hall. Making not a single sound as he made a few more turns, he arrived in the hall directly next to where the signal was coming from. Now was the time to make his grand entrance. [member="Vanessa Vantai"] had made it clear to use whatever means necessary to protect her ship. Garland believed this fell under that category.

He created a force barrier around himself and the Acklay floating in the hall. Here goes nothing, that was last thought that ran through his head as he heaved his mount at the wall beside him, crashing into and shattering it all around them. They came out unscathed, but the the smoke created from the debris was thick, he couldn't see very much in front of him, the Acklay released a screech to ward of any possible threats within the smoke. He heard coughing and what he thought was a muffled yell coming from further up in the smoke that lay before him.

As the smoke started to clear, the first thing that caught Garland's eye was a purple beam of light, undoubtedly from a lightsaber. His vision slowly returned, in front of him stood a man with the purple lightsaber he saw moments earlier, ready to engage in combat with two females. It didn't take long for Garland to read the situation and deduce a plan of action. He leapt off the Acklay, snapping his fingers as he did, and ordering it to stand guard and watch their backs. He wasn't sure what his enemy was capable of, and wasn't about to throw one of his prize tames to it's grave based on rash assumptions. He raced to the man he believed he was looking for. "Jayce I presume, the name's Garland Kramer, I was sent here by Orion to lend you a hand. Now how about we even the odds and show them the power of the Sith, shall we?" He drew his lightsaber, and ignited the blade, a steady hum emitted from the red beam as he stood ready for the battle to commence.

OOC; Apologies for the delay!

--

A few near misses, but she didn't care. She wasn't going to back down again and show weakness.

Stephanie cracked her head back to avoid a strike with the vibroblade, another show of deception from the Sith using dirty underhand tac -

THUMP

His gloved fist crunched into her abdomen on the right side, right into the rune.

She hissed and winced, absorbing the hit but crumbling onto her side, knee buckling and feeling the world slow down a few moments as the pain seemed to spasm right into her torso and out into her nervous system. The muscles burnt and it felt like the wound was on fire.

The Sith stood a few feet away and gloated. Stephanie's eyes were moist holding back the pain, but she looked beyond that and pulled in the Force as a loud TIE engine screeched over-head through the sky.

"Who cares if you're worried or not. Don't waste your breath on me you scum."

With a tight grasp of her saber, she darted up again from the ground and swung violently upward with a swoosh of her blue blade aiming to cleave him in two from groin to the head, and then pushed her left hand out with a burst of Force energy to hopefully catapult him back - and continue her targeted, angry and violent strikes to take him down, but mostly to prove a point to herself. That she wasn't dead inside.

OOC: No worries!

Kilrys smirked as his blow landed into the stomach of the woman. He watched patiently as she laid on the ground, pain overwhelming her as Kilrys strolled around her, hissing at her as baring his teeth as she spat words back him. "Anger suits you better, let it guide your actions. It will block the pain you feel." Flicking his blade into blocking her first strike, parrying it away.

He felt the Force Push she sent him, unable to block the move, Kilrys flipped backwards. Landing hard, he growled. The Force, it was hateful that he couldn't defend himself against that attack. He rose to his feet once more, watching her angry moves. It was slower than Kilrys would have thought, her attacks weren't as prepared and well thought out as his own would be. Blocking more strikes that Stephanie sent at him.

"That's it. Embrace the anger, the Dark Side." Slashing his sword at her cheek, Force Pushing her back but not with the same strength.

Any fight, and duel was like a dance, the parties circling, testing one another and psyching themselves up. Preparing for the burst of action, the calm before the storm of combat overtook them. The Togruta was just preparing herself to lunge forward, to engage the sith when she heard the heavy footfall behind her, the roar of a wookie and a mechanical voice translating for them. One moment the Sith Lord was offering to hold back, an idea that riled the girl up no end, the thought that he felt that he needed to hold himself back for her, and then the next she could feel the presence of the Jedi Master behind her. She didn’t know him but like all Jedi there seemed something, a comforting presence of the light that permeated the space around them, a contrast to the waves of dark power she felt flowing of the Sith confronting them.

She noticed a change in the Sithlord’s force signature, in the waves of power gathering around him. It was familiar, something she’d sensed before…when defending a bridge. The Padawan’s eyes shot open in shock, her silver blade pulling up, interposing itself between herself and the sith as a warning tore from her mouth. “Lightnin…” She almost made it in time, her voice trailing off into a cry of pain as tendrils of energy lashed out at her. The silver blade managed to catch most of the energy directed at her, most but not all of it. The young woman was thrown back, as the lightning played over her body, smoke flaring up from her robes as the lightning burned through it. For a moment she felt the pain of the lightning sear into her before she managed to retreat into herself, to touch the force, pulling the rest of the lighting onto her blade as her blue eyes glared at the Epicanthix past the glowing blade held in front of her, reaching out with the force to wrap around the weapons of the troopers who had fallen around her, hurling them at the Sith as she glanced over at the young Echani woman who’d arrived to help her.

Moving forward further now in front of the women seeing her get hit with what seemed to be powerful lighting knowing she was not ready to face that evil pulling his double-bladed lightsaber hilt from his waist and igniting it " You sith never seem to learn and today's outcome will be no different you will fall and all evil and misery will fall with you " as the Wookie lunged at the sith using the force to propel his movement with lightning fast speed.

She felt Vahl’s presence on the precipice of her senses as he drew near. Sith were habitual backstabbers, but in this moment she fancied them as allies in the slaughter. They’d come to Anzat for the same thing, he’d gain nothing from striking her down while her attention was elsewhere. Except for credit for the kill, perhaps.

There was another, too. Another presence, stronger and shining like the brightest beacon of light. Alm had been trained to recoil from the light. The light and the peace that it stood for was a lie. Darkness was bare with truth.

The Nasvalo let out a grunt as the hammer arced downward, crashing into the ground below and narrowly missing the child as he was mysteriously jerked away. Stone tile and earth jostled up around the point of impact, a small cloud of dust and dirt wafting around the hammer’s head. Alm’s neck jerked upwards, wide dark gaze coming to rest upon the Jedi who’d snatched her prey out from under her.

A hunter never takes her eyes off of a target, and Vahl would feel her anger flare as he stood only a few paces away.

Rising to her full height, she examined the Jedi. The boy was forgotten, symbolic at most. Here was real prey—a Jedi, wielder of the Light Side. He questioned what they fought for, what they’d come here to do and it made Alm’s brow furrow in irritation. Who was this man to tell him what did and did not suit them?

“You assume,” She growled, feet digging heavily into the thin tile beneath her to the point where it began to shatter. The Force gathered around her, seeping into her muscles and stimulating them beyond normal convention to enhance her speed.

“Wrong!” She snarled, leaping into the air with her hammer hoisted at the ready.

"I had a feeling there would be a possibility. If you had not shown, I would have focused my efforts on assisting the Empire. But you did, and here we are." Ferus pulled his lightsaber up, gripping the smooth handle with both hands as his red eyes narrowed on [member="Yuroic Xeraic"] . So the boy had aged into a man now, perhaps finally a challenge. But how in control of his emotions was he?

"Do you know how I came back? It's a beautiful tale, one I'm sure you'd be interested in if you don't already know." There was a hint of arrogance as Ferus spoke, smiling as he began to step forward, but not in attack. He would not fight, not until he was sure he could upset the balance.

Would pause and linger a few good yards away from his Master and the Jedi who stood across from him. Not having known his first master for very long he was unaware of how he would react should Rhaelor rush in to aid in bringing the Jedi down or if he chose not to intervene in anyway at all. Angering the ancient was the last thing he wanted to do, so instead he chose to lower himself down into a cross legged position and began focusing his mind on the Jedi.
Very carefully he began to slowly probe the Jedi's mind, searching for a way through the Jedi's consciousness. His attempts were so slight at first it was likely the Jedi would even notice at first, but after a thousand pin pricks even the most thick-skinned people will realize there is needle.
Before long, if not shielded or resisted in some way, Rhaelor would truly begin applying force, drawing upon his races natural connection through the force to increase the power of his mind probe.

Kat looked at the Wookiee with some suspicion. It came from nowhere and had a translator, which confused her greatly as she somewhat understood the language. Being around ships and based on Kashyyyk, made sense for her to understand the natives. Looking over to Asaraa, to see if she recognised the Wookiee, it was then she realised something was going wrong. The warning was too late and Kat was too distracted. When the lightning hit, there was no way she could have blocked or dodged the attack.

The pain was intense, her cybernetic legs crumbled lifelessly. She was stuck on the floor, horrid memories of her childhood resurfaced as she was unable to stand. Her legs were still unable to work, the lightning burnt her skin where it struck and her muscles were sore from violently contracting. However, anger burned in her eyes, she was going to make this Sith suffer too now. Grabbing her pistol from behind, she fired several shots. Aim varied from leg, stomach, chest and a bold headshot. It was all she could do for now while her legs were useless.

Kat then focused on moving her legs, the process slow as they were slowly rebooting from the shock. A twitch here or there gave Kat hope, but she worried her deformity had now comprised her ability in combat. A worry that had always whispered to her in the back of her mind.
