"Thank you Ranger Sol," she said, raising her eyebrows with a slight grin. She preferred if Jyn used at least part of her name. "I am ready. Please teach me the ways of the Je'daii order."

Jyn had hinted that her primary role would be to teach Cecilia about the Je'daii order's view of the force. Cecilia knew little of them, merely that what they idealized was balance.

Cecilia stayed standing for now, unsure where [member="Jyn Sol"] wanted to deliver her lesson.

Ranger Sol.

Jyn could honestly say that was the first time she had ever been referred to as such. The grin which accompanied it was simply the icing on the cake, and had her responding in likeness if only for a moment. A slight grin before a more series demeanor swept back over her.

"You know now what it is to touch upon the Force, even if only briefly. You have felt it through your meditations, and in time you will be able to do so regardless of distractions, without having to clear your mind or really reach for it. It will simply be there. The Force has many facets, there have been countless Orders dedicated to studying it throughout the millennium each with their own idea of what it is. Some believe it is a deity-like entity, others a vast rainbow..."

Asha was one such person, she believed as the Aing-Tii did despite being a Je'daii. It was a fact which had surprised Jyn when she first found out.

"And some see it as a multi-faceted energy. Light, or Ashla, and Dark, or Bogan... Our Order was the one who named the aspects such, after the moons of Tython, and our philosophy and beliefs branch from those moons. We have both, but choose neither over the other. Back within the original Order, Je'daii who strayed too close to the Light were sent to Bogan to meditate on the darkness, and vice versa. Such is not something we practice today, though we do strive toward keeping an harmonious balance between the two. A state known as the Bendu. To draw upon both aspects of the Force while remaining neutral, to utilize them in moderation."
