Anti Force user weapon. Faction or group of Force user hunters, with deep pockets needed

[member="Darth Sinna"] Sure I'd love to see the source for Ultrachrome having a problem being mixed with Cortosis. Only through knowledge to we get better with out subs. And don't work to hard over there. :) We don't want you to get burned out!

As far as the basis for the issue with ultrachrome goes, it is because of this excerpt:
"Ultrachromes resistance to lightsaber strikes was due to its superconductive nature. When the energy field of a lightsaber interacted with ultrachrome, it would be uniformly conducted across the entire solid mass, rather than be allowed to concentrate in one area and cut through. However, this also entailed that if enough energy from the lightsaber were transferred to the ultrachrome, the entire piece would melt." - http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Ultrachrome
Which means the surface area that the energy has to spread is suddenly tiny spots, which would easily be overwhelmed and negate the superconductive nature that it previously had as a benefit, making it even worse than it was originally because of this rapid conduction. Mixing ultrachrome with certain metals, not necessarily cortosis - because that would generally break the blade rather than conduct the energy, would actually be detrimental to it due to this unique strength, which could quickly become a weakness for the entire new alloy, as an ultrachrome-durasteel alloy would actually melt faster because of this, rather than transferring the energy uniformly across a wide surface area.

I'll eventually stumble across the actual article at some point, but that was the major gist of it, and why I do not recommend mixing ultrachrome with much of anything, due to the chance of the aforementioned issues occurring.

If you think you're gonna make the ultimate anti-force weapon,it won't happen. Many have already stated it. You need to play smart, not have the most effective weapon.

I'll provide an example(s):
1. Let's say your anti force weapon is on you while you're fighting a jedi. Your main goal is to not get cut by the plasma blade. Little do you know, the Jedi is picking up a boulder with the force and he plans to drop it on you. You have basically lost to telekinesis, not the blade.

2. You're fighting a sith lord. You come to swing at him with your sword but he blocks it with his lightsaber. You go for another swing and you miss, he has a chance to force shock or choke you or even swing his blade at you. You lose again, end of story.

Many FU concepts need to be taken into consideration other than just a sword that's resistant to a lightsaber. Like I said, others said it before me but just was expanding with a scenario. I wish you good luck but this'll be a long ride... trust me.
