While not the most militaristic faction, the Techno Union has a security force (Ground Defense, Marines, Navy) which is always in need of officers and commanders. We normally have some kind of warfare going on (dominions, skirmishes and occasional invasions).

Great! We have an active skirmish with the Rebel Alliance but that's closed to new participants.
