are honored "family" to the clan, welcomed in as ones of their own. Caltin was one of a small group of Jedi who saved their Wroshyr tree and the clan from annihilation many years(over 860) ago. He was and welcomed in at that point, along with them as honored family members. When he awoke from so long under ice and found them to be the same clan he was welcomed back immediately. When he introduced her, Desbre was welcomed as well.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Aricsias Clan has been around the planet Kashyyk for thousands of years, originally founded by Llabdum when he was exiled from his own for having differing opinions. Over time more and more followed over until the Aricsias clan had overcome several trees, this was the way of things until it was learned that Lladbum had made a deal with the inhabitants of Trandosha. That deal fell through and the period of enslavement began and continued for centuries until Jedi began to heavily intervene. The Aricsias clan was seen as ultimately responsible as while only Llabdum and one or two others knew about the original arrangement, everyone was guilty by association. When their tree was nearly destroyed, no one came to help them...
... save a few Jedi.
Those Jedi not only helped evacuate all, risking their own lives to do so, but they also saved the tree itself. Those Jedi went on to stop those responsible for the enslavement well. Soon, the clan was able to restore their reputation through the Jedi.

- Description: During Caltin's time in and around the "Old Republic", he was a big part of the rescue of a Wookiee Clan, saving their Wroshyr tree. That clan was so grateful, they made each Jedi involved a member, even giving them the "marking" (tattoo). Ironically the same tree is right next to what is now called "The Silver Rest" and though it is eight hundred sixty years later, Caltin was again welcomed back into the fold.
