Corvus Raaf
Adieu...
Corvus settled into the role of tidying up. She listened to Connor and smiled – she was comfortable in his company and would count him as one of her very best friends. He was grounded and didn’t ever tell her what he thought she wanted to hear – and that was invaluable to her.
“It’s good to be annoying,” she said with a smile, “It’s the grit in the oyster that makes the pearl after all.”
“And Cornix to do the cleaning? Maybe – although I suspect he’ll tell me it’s not in his programming. But it’s certainly worth a shot.”
And with that she busied herself and found a safe place to place the journal before bidding Connor good-bye and making sure everything was in order before heading back to Ossus to collect her sister.
Next week they’d be on a Holocron hunt. For today she was back to taking lessons with the Padawans and Younglings – from the moment she got back she suspected.
