On Bespin, there's a unique fungus native to the weird, heavy, atmosphere. Forms on filtration systems and gunks stuff up. one time when I was stationed over there, I got drunk as hell and helped some ugnauts scrape the stuff off. There was 20 lbs of this weird fungus. I grilled it over Bantha steaks. Apparrently, the stuff is fat-bonded, and it seasons meat fricking amazingly. Cloud city started making "Afterburner steaks," and I got a small bit of dosh to let 'em take credit for it. Yummy as all hell.
