I'd be surprised and maybe a little hurt that they hadn't trusted me enough to tell me the truth- but with the way the galaxy over all treats droid, I'd also kind of understand. They'd still be my friend (unless the whole point was to try to kill me and then, well, that's a different story I suppose).
