Cool to see everyones hobbies.
Now:
Running and the Gym is me, I take it easy on the shoulder after separating my bicep from my shoulder, I used to lift a lot of weights, now it's just maintaining. NEVER train through an injury, I don't care what people tell you, push through the pain yeah only if you know exactly what that pain is.
But i've done a lot over the years.
Used to compete in the Nationals, Karate tournaments, that was a fun team day out. Tried to restart last year and broke my foot, no great story sadly, it was me vs the door rushing to the phone, and the door won splitting my toes and shattering a few bones. With my shoulder injury previously and my foot, I think life is telling me something there
Ran 1500 meters (1 mile is 1600) at county level as a kid, so you win your school, win your area, then county in england. I never could get transport there for the regular training sessions when I was younger, too regular
Football (soccer for you heathens over the pond
) almost tried out for the school of excellence as a right or left back (defender) for notts forest when I was a kid when they were in the top flight (division) I couldn't get there 3 or 4 times as week so it was a no go. I still had a decent club I played for though locally.
Done other things like swimming marathons, hockey goalie and such like, used to love both.
