I suspect it was torn down sometime between the collapse of the Empire and Atrisia eventually rejoining it sometime before the plague. History is a bit sparse.

Until we get a 6th member, none. But Atrisia, and probably Phu and Khomm since they are the only two nearby on the map.

I'll have to look at it in more detail, since this map does not have many of the lesser known planets that may be useful.
