- The B3 Ultra Battle Droid Mk. II utilizes a unique and deadly armament. It was designed and built to kill anything it came across with a variety of means to do so.
- Built with an inlaid density projector the B3 Mk. II is able to increase it's own density to make it virtually impossible to move, even through use of the Force.
- Constructed with ion damage and electromagnetic attacks in mind the B3 Mk. II was equipped with a faraday cage made from strengthened silver. This gave it a high resistance to ion and emp.
- Utilizing a Droid Brain the B3 Mk. II does not require a droid control ship to operate it.
- While it's deadliest weapons are on it's arms, the B3 Mk. II's rapid fire blasters are able to release and retract independently from the droids primary weapons.
- The sheer size of the B3 Mk. II makes it an easy target for artillery and heavy weapons. Especially when it's Density Projector is active.
- While it has a faraday cage equipped, the B3 Mk. II's weapons are still vulnerable to electrical attacks.
- Lightsabers are as effective against the B3 as they are against a majority of droids, with a minor increase in resistance from their size.
- Due to their size the B3 Mk. II are best utilized in open areas or large spaces that equate to their height and weight. They are not able to operate easily in enclosed spaces smaller than their height.
- Should the Density Projector malfunction, though rare, the droid will be unable to deactivate it and be rendered immobile.
There was merit to be given to the droids the CIS had constructed in the wake of their oncoming war with the Galactic Empire. Even those they'd constructed for their efforts to defend their allies. And yet, even then, the Droid General of the CIS desired something far deadlier to show as force against the beings who were more elusive and creative than the common soldier. Poring over the designs and schematics of old the General discovered a model he could proudly reproduce and specially configure to his deadly intent. Thus was the return of the feared B3 Ultra Battle Droid.
