Hey guys, new-ish user here. it's been years (almost a decade!) since I did forum RP, but I figure that hey, I'm now an aspiring author, and it'll be good writing practice. I have to admit, I'm kind of a lapsed Star Wars fan- after what is now Legends got put on the shelf, I've more or less dropped out and stuck with the old memories, leaving the new stuff to the newer generations of fans. For the most part, a lot of this RPG looks to be more in line with Legends than Nu-Canon, so I'll probably be right at home here. Haven't made any concrete decisions for my first character, though if you recognize my icon, you can probably tell I'm probably gonna wind up on the dark side.

First of all, welcome to our slice of paradise.

You aren't wrong in regards to lapses in canon. However both Legends and the newer stuff gets a good run on here.

If you're planning of joining the Dark Side, there are plenty of groups here which can help spark your interest. Right now, the Galaxy is dominated by them. Be they the First Order, whose sect the Knight of Ren sits as the private and elite enforcers of their Supreme Leader, to more, orthodox Sith found in The Sith Empire.

Either way, hope to see you around some time.
