Back Into the Woods

Jak Sandrow

"Nobody cares for the woods anymore."
Jak was tossing a small metal ball in one hand, waiting for his unofficial Padawan to show up.

She had progressed quickly; it was about time to start practicing with training sabers. And that started today - after a review, of course.

The young girl smiled at him. "What ever you want to teach me, Mr. Plant man." She said cleverly, giving him a light hug. When she released him she places a finger on her lower lip and thought. "Something that has to with teh force right?

Jak Sandrow

"Nobody cares for the woods anymore."
Jak tensed awkwardly for a second, before clearing his throat and continuing like normal. "Yep. First of all, show me how much you've learned."

She nodded when asked to show what she could do with the force now. The young girl backflipped in the air using the force to increase the height and distance and use the interia skill she learned and force push at a nearby tree. The impact sent the tree flying backward. Then juggled several rocks in the air using a stronger form of telekinesis from the last time they trained. "Not bad for a youngling huh?!" She said proudly with a grin to [member="Jak Sandrow"].

"Nobody cares for the woods anymore."
Jak nodded, smiling. "Not bad at all. Just... don't tire yourself out. Remember, you can only do so much by yourself."

Pulling a thin metal cylinder from his belt, he tossed it to her, an easy catch. "Keep your bodily appendages away from the emitter end - on the top - and press the button."

"Me tired? Never!" She said happily before clapping her hands happily. She then caught the cylinder not know what to expect and faced it away from her and pressed the button as instructor. When she did, a huge smile appeared on her face. [member="Jak Sandrow"].

"Nobody cares for the woods anymore."
The training lightsaber ignited. The blade, if it hit you, would still hurt, but would cause no more pain than a stove burn.

Jak grinned. "Practice the swinging. Get to feel the weight of the saber. Notice that the blade weighs absolutely nothing. Keep that in mind..."

She had some training with the gauntlet so she had a gist on how use a saber. Though the two arts were entirely different still, the blade ignited and she hopped back a couple feet to ensure she wouldn't sting her new master. She waved it too and fro with excited skill. "It really does weight nothing. Plant man! So I'm gonna guess we will be training with this?" She asked him with a giggle. [member="Jak Sandrow"]

Jak Sandrow

"Nobody cares for the woods anymore."
Jak sighed, shaking his head helplessly. "My name is Jak," he groaned. "And yes. First you're going to be training against a droid. A training droid. It will shoot lasers at you, which you have to catch on your saber. If you don't, and they hit you, wherever it hits you will go numb."

[member="Lily Hex-Volsh"]

She waved her little fingers happily and sticking her tongue out. "But Plant man is cuter and it backs as a code name! Isn't that fancy?!" She said sweetly. "Okay I got this!"
