The title 'Lord of the Hyperlanes' wasn't an expression of dominance over territory. It had more to do with Jorus Merrill's very specialized skillset. A Warden of the Sky who had trained under two Duinuogwuin, the star dragons who could jump to hyperspace using the Force, Jorus had devoted his entire effective Force career to instinctive astrogation. To the point where he could bend his hyperspace trajectory without dropping out to reorient, track people by instinct, find safe new hyperlanes, boost the speed of his hyperjumps by a significant degree, even throw starships into hyperspace without a hyperdrive.
As Yusan reoriented to jump, Jorus sent a message, likewise reoriented, and jumped. Both ships had a Class 2 hyperdrive, so there were no issues with overshooting. He made the jump purely by instinct, the same instinct that had carved the Mara Corridor onto the map of the galaxy. This, right here, was what made Jorus Merrill a Master of the Force. He couldn't lift a pebble, swing a lightsabre, make a spark, or trick a mind. He had sacrificed every 'Force power' known to man to develop his skill in instinctive astrogation.
So when Fenn dropped out of hyperspace over Dromund Kaas, Jorus dropped out simultaneously, right behind him. A laser bolt slashed out in an attempt to take a wing off the crippled ship. Meanwhile, the message he'd recorded during the hyperjump was broadcast to the local Mandalorian forces.
"As cleared by Field Marshal Monroe, I'm pursuing a posted bounty on a man who runs with pirates. Nothin' to see here, folks."
Another signal went out. In about five minutes, spurred by good local positioning and a very, very fast hyperdrive, the Absolution would show.
