Ophidia can help with finding the information. She is quite the knowledge seeker. Perhaps we should break into a Jedi vault for some hidden lore they stowed away from the threat of The One Sith. Or we could beseech the aid of a Warlord who possess relevant information; I know [member="Darth Carnifex"] has some knowledge about splitting souls from bodies and making new ones for himself. Perhaps it is a worthwhile source to cross-reference with accords of Nihilus; perhaps he is possession of Nilhilus' accords.

As for what she would gain? Knowedge of the intricacies of life and death, perhaps some artefact along the way. In addition, it is an interest of hers to see Abyss grow powerful (Albeit not more powerful than herself just yet). Thus, she would also be interested in aiding in the final ritual.
