General Idea: The basic idea around the black tie syndicate is pretty easy, do crime stuff. Sell drugs, robbery, smuggling, illegal gambling, booze, prostitution, everything from good old petty crimes to stock market and security fraud. Spread out influence throughout the galaxy until organized crime is unified under the banner that is us.

M for Mature: Of course everything is going to comply with Chaos' PG-13 rule, and nothing is going to get out of hand. But the idea behind this faction while there is some class to it with the suits, this is going to be super super violent. Lots of swearing, killing, and maybe even some partial nudity (jk) but to get the point across the RP setting will be very violent. So if your character isn't much for the sight of blood then this idea isn't really for you.

Inspirations: This isn't going to be your average criminal syndicate that's the Godfather or Lucky Number Sleven Mafias, there won't be some opening image of a village in Tuscany and humble beginnings. This Syndicate has a lot of inspiration from Quentin Tarantino films like Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill, etc etc. So what you can expect is a lot of funk, surf rock, 70s & 80s rock, and other fun pieces of music and art. Basically look at the story as one big Tarantino film but told in chronological order for the most part.

Finer Details and Hierarchy: The Black Tie Syndicate is going to be a fun place for everyone to come in and get their crime RP on, and with that we are taking a page from reservoir dogs in order to protect ourselves from the long hands of Johnny Law. Each member will give themselves a tittle or a code name or Mister or Misses so and so. Mr. Black, Mr. Brown, Mr. Nine, Miss Wednesday, whatever you want your code name to be you got it. There are no plans to make this a major faction at the moment and to be honest I'm not sure criminal factions should really go major as they usually spiral and die after six months of being around. But we'll see what members want in the future. For right now the job is to do crime stuff and start building up to control the galaxies underground.

As for how the syndicate is ran, each member is free to join and RP whatever they want when it comes to crime. They can be an enforcer, shot caller, crime lord, whatever they want to bring to the table or do each member is expected to support their fellow member to create a drama free and fun place to RP. The choices and directions of the faction will be carried out and decided by its members as the syndicate is governed by a council of members that each person is welcomed to join. Obviously the faction moderators and admins will decide ooc actions and give polls for the members but what we are going for is creative freedoms along with everybody being able to RP what they want while the main story of the faction the more Tarantino type goes on internally or includes other factions that wish to join.
