OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Organization Name: Blood Pack
  • Classification: Crime Syndicate
  • Affiliation: Hutt Cartel
  • Organization Symbol: Logo
  • Description: The Blood Pack was established as a crime syndicate underneath the bigger Hutt Cartel following the Mandalorian Clan Lok's exit from the failing Mandalorian Enclave. Its purpose is to open the clan and its wider criminal operations up to those who may not want to join a Mandalorian clan directly or otherwise keep the two organizations distinct and separate. Not every Blood Pack member is a Mandalorian of Clan Lok, though all of Clan Lok is in the Blood Pack. They serve as its core as they expand into the criminal underworld.
GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
  • Headquarters: Mek-Sha
  • Domain:
    • Mek-Sha: The Blood Pack recently assaulted and claimed the pirate asteroid base for themselves, quickly establishing it as their new HQ. The many different gangs and representatives of bigger syndicates have all fallen in line with the new rulers in exchange for continued access to Mek-Shas ports and rackets.
    • Nar Shaddaa: After aligning with the Hutt Cartel, the Blood Pack was granted territory on the smugglers moon recently taken from the rival Nazz Consortium. Nar Shaddaa is their main playground where they continue to expand their illicit activities as they rack in the credits.
    • Nal Hutta: The homeworld of the Hutts is where the Blood Pack keeps a standing fortress and warehouses to store all their criminal gains and materials, serving as a recruitment, training and storage facility for the growing syndicate. It's also the perfect place to converse with their Hutt overlords.
  • Notable Assets: WIP
SOCIAL INFORMATION
  • Hierarchy:
    • Boss: The absolute ruler of the Blood Pack syndicate. Their word is law. They're judge, jury and executioner.
    • Underboss: The second-in-command and generally the next in line to assume the top position. There can be one or two of these positions.
    • Pack Leaders (Alphas): There are multiple of these members and they serve as captains within the syndicate and are the ones most dealt with by other organizations. They each rule over a specific racket of the syndicate, though they can deal in multiple at a time as is pack competition rights.
    • Pack Deputies (Betas): These members serve as the lieutenants of their Pack Alphas, often leading their packs (crews) on the streets and serving as executioners and seconds.
    • Pack Bearers (Omegas): The Bearers of a pack serve as something akin to a military sergeant, they're the veterans and the voices of criminal wisdom and reason. They hold together their individual squads and crews on the streets and assist in running day to day business.
    • Pack Kill Teams: These are the worst of the worst, the bravest of the brave and the most skilled members representing individual packs. They form Kill Teams and serve as enforcers sent out to deal with very specific problems that are above the average pack member.
    • Pack Wolfs: The average rank and file of the syndicate, they serve in whatever official capacity they are needed to.
    • Pack Cubs: These are the initiates and trainees eager to join the Blood Pack but have yet to prove themselves. This is the first step into joining the syndicate.
    • Pack Associates: Anyone not directly within the syndicate but often contracted or dealing with it; smugglers, assassins, splicers etc.
  • Membership: Joining the Blood Pack is no simple nor easy task. One must first associate around the syndicate to be recognized as a possible recruit. Once gaining recognition, a prospect must then gain the word of a Pack Wolf or higher to vouch for them to be able to progress to the Cub stage. After that, there is no clear guide on how to earn a position within the Blood Pack. One must simply earn their place among the varied packs and be branded with their pack mark. This mark serves as a identifier to show which pack this member belongs to and the color of the tattoo marks which Alpha they belong to, with the mark itself being the symbol of the Blood Pack itself. The initiation upon earning the Pack Wolf position is brutal, every member of a Cubs individual pack must shed the blood of their Cub in ritualized combat. If said initiate is still standing by the end of the ritual, they're thereby marked and welcomed into the wider pack by their Betas and Alpha. There are currently thought to be thousands of Blood Pack members across numerous worlds with their numbers only growing by the day.
  • Climate: The Blood Pack is a brutal and sometimes savage organization, thought to be full of mere brutes who like to bully their way into various rackets. But the truth is far grimmer than what most of the underworld and wider public know. Behind all the Packs bluffness and stoicism are avid trackers, ruthless enforcers and keen bounty hunters. For only the upper echelons of the Blood Pack are trained directly by their Mandalorian core and taught the tenets of their culture. It is thought that upon becoming a Omega, members are thereby inducted into Clan Lok and trained and welcomed as a true Mandalorian. Thereby establishing the member as a valued and trusted clan warrior with peerless skill and ability.
  • Reputation: Outside of the Blood Pack their reputation differs depending on who you ask. To most fellow criminals; the Blood Pack is a savage and brutally efficient organization who spreads across world to world as they muscle their way into various businesses and rackets, carving out their territory with efficiency. To law enforcement and the wider public? The Blood Pack are exactly that but worse, they're a scourge who rules their turf with a iron fist and welcomes no traitors, rats or other dissenting groups. Either get in line or be put under.
  • Curios: The Blood Pack mark their members with a tattoo in the shape of the syndicates symbol, though the color differs to differentiate which crew or sub-pack the member belongs to. This tattoo location is chosen by the member but is most often found on the chest. Necklaces with various animal teeth or claws from various animals from various worlds are also commonly worn by respective members as a badge of honor and to display personal feats.
  • Rules: The upper structure of the syndicate abide by the Resol'nare, hinting at their Mandalorian roots and leadership. The average Blood Pack member not yet initiated into the truth are given less restricting or cultural beliefs. While given free reign, if a Blood Pack member were to harm another they better have a damn good reason lest they face a Moot; a gathering of their pack to address internal crimes or beefs. But every pack is different and this certainly allows the syndicate to be harder to learn and combat effectively by outsiders.
  • Goals: To expand their operations, numbers and credit accounts.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Blood Pack Syndicate was established when Clan Lok assaulted and captured the pirate asteroid base of Mek-Sha. While establishing the criminal port as their new headquarters, the Mandalorian Clan soon found themselves with a host of criminal enforcers from now destroyed enemy gangs and an entire asteroid to recruit from. But they could not welcome them all into their Clan as equals or train that many fighters at once. So for cultural and logistics reasons, they established a new syndicate quickly rising in the underworld.

The Blood Pack.

They were quickly welcomed and started recruiting all the now aimless enforcers, hitmen, assassins, slicers and other criminal types on the asteroid base. They established a new culture around their new syndicate and kept the Mandalorian Clans workings to only its upper echelon, finding a new way to weed out new recruits and bolstering their clan with steady, yet tested and ideal, recruits. The Pack also helped to somewhat distance the wider clan from its illicit activities and gave it a shield to hide behind while providing the clan with recruits and credits.

Now, the Blood Pack continues to expand across world after world, gaining fame and infamy alike as they take territory and businesses with brutal efficiency with the skill and abilities of their Mandalorian leadership guiding them. While the Blood Pack calls Mek-Sha its main port of call, the syndicate has established bases on Nar Shaddaa and Nal Hutta as they grow under the cloud of the Hutt Cartel, providing the Hutts with tithes and kickbacks in return for acceptance into the wider underworld and all that it entails. It is a mutually beneficial relationship that the Blood Pack is eager to continue and expand.

There seems to be no stopping the continously growing syndicate as they continue to spread across the Outer Rim and looks further into the Mid Rim as they move their operations coreward.
