Material: Bone (Human Pinky/Little Finger)
Description:
The bone, taken from the corpse of a dead Tusken Raider, was once a white, polished bone held in the possession of Darth Venefica for no apparent reason except because she collected bones. After the bone was manipulated using both Sith Magick, Sith runes etched into it, and Alchemy, the bone turned black with a green hue surrounding it. The bone was then placed, permanently into her nose (septum region) where it would stay forever.
+Necromancy: The enchanted/alchemy bone can be used to raise the dead by speaking one simple word. Unlike other necromancy spells, it does not require the caster to use the Force or spells or personal energies since the bone is already enchanted. Also, it varies from the typical spells of necromancy. With the runes etched on the bone and the amount of Darkside energy and magick used to enchant the bone, the raised dead can speak and still possesses it's thinking process where as other spells simply raise a mindless husk. However, any memories of their previous life is absent from them while their intelligent factor is heightened based on what they possessed at the time of their death, thus granting them the ability to speak.
+Loyalty (Undead): The undead specimen is loyal only to the one that raised it, which in this case Darth Venefica. It only listens to her commands and will ignore anyone that attempts to communicate with. The undead's loyalty is a cemented fixture and can never be broken between Master and undead. As an added bonus, the undead creature is unaffected by the Force that deals with mind dominance but it is vulnerable to direct Force attacks such as Force Push and Force Lightening for example.
+/-Caster's Force Signature: Due to the bond they possess, the undead creature exhibits faint flickers of the caster's Force signature. This can be both a strength and a weakness. For strength, it can confuse Force users into thinking they have discovered the Sith Lady and attack it allowing Darth Venefica to ambush their prey. For weakness, the Force signature is extremely heightened giving Force users a clear indication a Darkside user is in the vicinity, however, it is still two separate signatures. And, due to the weakness aspect of the enchanted item, while an undead creature is 'alive' the caster cannot mask/hide their presence in the Force.
-Longevity: Despite the fact it is not all taxing on the caster, causing very minimal fatigue on the Force, to sustain the undead's life, it does have a short life span. The life expectancy of the raised being is no longer than ten (10) minutes long. Once the creature has exhausted it's life span, it literally melts into a black and green pile of goo. Because of the Force bond that is created through caster and undead, there is no possibility of the undead turning against the caster. The only way to disrupt the bond would to either kill the undead or the caster.
-Solo Walker: Compared to other necromancy spells, this enchanted item allows for only one raised sentient at a time. Any attempts to raise more than one will void out the previous undead walker, and as a major drawback for attempting to raise another before the first expires, the new creation is weaker than it's predecessor and highly vulnerable to all Force abilities such as mind control while it's intelligence and strength is crippled to lower than it's original attributes when it was alive. When this occurs, the previous undead is destroyed in the process.
