Not sure how that proves Sanya didn't participate in or condone the Black Rose's crimes, but if you think she's got a shot of presenting Jorus with compelling information, it's your gamble to take. Remember, Jorus has no real Force senses and thus doesn't care whether Sanya is currently light or dark. All he cares about is whether the evidence covers its bases.
