I can say without any falsity that the Baroness has not committed any of the above 'crimes' that you've listed. The only death she has caused was purely in self defenses after having a blaster leveled at her (and that was an npc). Your side stepping of my question though with the added accusation of the Baroness committing the mentioned crimes when she has done no such thing leads me to believe that this is merely a bounty against the Sith because they do not conform to the Republic or its morally corrupt Jedi allies.

Actually - I addressed your question.

Under the Defense of Freedom Act, you would stand trial. If you aren't guilty - you're not guilty.

However, there is a problem. If you're a known member of the One Sith - well, then it speaks for itself.

If you have actively participated in any Invasion to which the said crimes have been committed, or been apart of a group to which the Republic is at war with - you're a war criminal in the eyes of the Republic.

It's the same as if any member of the Republic were captured by the One Sith. All about perception and your point of view.

I don't know what else to say.

Members who are guilty - typically know their guilt. Are you guilty?
