Breaking in the new meat

"Exaclty." I said before giving a good throw to his face. I stopped just a inch at his nose before saying "Like I said, you need to be ready for surprises. Your oppnent may fight dirty so you have to right back. But just because you can throw a punch doesn't mean you know how to use your entire body. And I mean your whole body. Feet. Elbow. Knee. Wrist. Head. Everything. I've been trained in a few hand-to-had combats and belive me, my face wasn't as pretty as it is now." @[member="Krest"]

Krest instinctively tilted his head to the side, as if to let the fist go by. His own hand was clenched, ready to thrust out for the Sith's gut, but he stopped himself. He lets out his breath, frowning. "I was taught how to box. But I wasn't taught how to use the rest of my body. I've never really had an issue otherwise."

"Boxing, huh? Well not as bad as street fighting but that'll be something we'll need to address. How about the force. What's the heaviest thing you can lift and what is the strongest technquie you know? Magic or anything like that? Maybe how to make force lighting or fire?" I was curious because I wanted to see if he had more than just saber combat, boxing and robot parts to him.

Krest shakes his head slow. "I know how to push stuff. I've even mixed it in with my boxing. That's it." In truth he was a novice in the force side. He was trained as a bodyguard, not a jedi after all.

Wow. A lot less than I hoped for. I guess I was going to have to start from scratch with this one. "Well you can use the force when fighting with your hands. That's.....something at least. But it looks like we're going to be at this for a long time. Let me tell you now, when it comes to the novice stuff you're going to be put through what I went through. So don't expect me to suger-coat anything. Once you get out of that rump then you'll get into the real stuff." After that I turned for my ship before saying "Oh, by the way. My name's Siqa. Realized I didn't give it to you while I've been calling you @[member="Krest"] the whole time."

I walked back to my ship while saying "We'll start as soon as we can. Don't try looking for me. I'll contact you. Oh, and remember." I turned back to him with a smrik. "Be ready for surprises." With that I truned and left on my ship. As I flew out I gave a thumbs up from the cockpit before flying off in the distance. The zabrak had potential, a bit under learned but still something that with enough time I could whip into shape. Oh yes, this was going to be one interesting partnership. The idea made me smile.

Krest rubbed his chin, watching the ship leave. It took a moment for it to register, but he saw the thumbs up. A small smile forms, and the Zabrak shook his head, turning to head back to the spaceport. He was going to have to find his way back, but at least there was a plan of some kind going on.
