Not kidnapped anyone (yet)
Not extorted money (stole from the republic, but who cares between friends)
So trespassing in order to make a dialog (not the worse crime ever)

But, realistically speaking, [member=sabrina] you can't be guilty of anything without an actual trial. What Ordo listed are charges against you. Right now, you're just in Mandalorian custody after having been caught. Don't let them trick you otherwise.

Additionally, when we're on the subject, how long has [member="Shery deWinter"] been with the Mandalorians? Has she been charged with anything? Has she stood trial? Is this an actual prison break or is she still custody 'cos y'all don't know what to do with her?

[member="Asteria deWinter"]. This has been my question as well. In character I have no reason for Sherry to be in a Mandalorian maximum security prison. Other than Strider, who has not been available, no one knows who she is or why she is there. I was tempted to just release her. However, it isn't my story, so I will follow the writer's lead. If she wants a trial and release, great. If she wants to go into Strider's custody, awesome. I really don't mind.

Shery has been my prisoner for about a century. There has been nothing legal about her detainment. She had not been charged or placed on trial. I just shoved her into a very dark corner of the universe and forgot her there. Out of sight out of mind kind of thing. It was what was best for the galaxy at the time.

The deWinter-Mandalorian feud has been going on over several different boards and at least 4-5 OOC years. Being shoved into your prison here was a decision I made on how to translate it while bringing my characters over, since Chaos has a generally awesome Mandalorian faction (especially compared to other places, where it was mostly a nightmare). That feud has included mutual kidnapping, attempted murder, outright murder, drying the Mando planet's natural resources out for a while, and much more.

Strider has the upper hand at present. We can all plot together for more specifics to bring over here, though most of it has been forgotten during the Gulag save by the individuals who made it to the other side of it.
