take another chance at shattering a rock. He was a talkative one as well. It did not take long for him to strike up a conversation with the blonde next to him, a healer, by the sounds of it.
The Knights needed more healers. The devastation the eye had caused many of the healers to be among the victims claimed. Where many had to run from the danger, the healers ran toward it in order to save as many lives as they could. While it was something to commend, Gerwald was also well aware of the hole it had left.
He smiled as he approached the pair.
“You should break a few more rocks. Then we will move onto other applications.”
His eyes turned to the boy.
“And you... should work on control. The last thing you would want is to be the reason for friendly fire in a conflict.”
Turning back to look at them both.
“There are other ways to use shatterpoint, but until you have mastered this aspect, I don’t want to rush to others. The force doesn’t just allow us to heal people, but they can be damaged as well. Everything in balance, the force is balance. I hope these lessons will help you to see that.”
He motioned toward a larger boulder.
“Go on… break that… share your energy if you have to, but break it.”
