Call to Arms: Naval Personnel

Gar'Hal did not share in the same enthusiasm of the other officers who had already volunteered in this special assignment since he was wondering what exactly the assignments would entail, but if this was how he was meant to serve the Republic then he would have to offer his services as well. He stood up and gave a slight nod of his head in respect to the admiral.

"I am to be used as is seen fit by those above me, so if this is how we shall proceed then you have my service as well."

Gar'Hal sat down and placed his hands together on the table, sitting as straight as he could, and wondered who would join their little group next.

Admiral Mollari would nod and then motion around her. "Very well then, when the time comes, you will assembly on the command vessel and we'll get you situated. I can't disclose even now what your mission might be as there is a potential for subterfuge but I will say this..." She took a deep breath. "There is a chance some of you may not come home. The One Sith are pressing at us hard ladies and gentlemen, beings from all over..." She motioned to the crowd and stepped to the edge of the stage.

"This is what you have been preparing yourselves for, this is what you have trained for." She paused and looked around the room, it reminded her of the old days for a moment, the days when she was a pilot going up against the likes of the Sith Empire. "For Freedom!" She shouted. "For Liberty or Death!" She got a bit louder, rousing the crowd of cadets and younger officers.

"For the Republic!" She cried out to the crowd of Naval personnel present.

Niamh remained silent. She wasn't going to volunteer, especially when she thought the volunteering was going to be to help the Jedi. She didn't much care for them. Really though, since she was only a Lieutenant, and not in command of her own vessel as of yet, she didn't have much choice as to volunteering anyway. Her Captain would dictate where they ended up going.

When the Admiral went into her shouting, it got a wince from Niamh. She'd never much been into the whole shouting out a battle cry when not in battle deal. Needless to say, she didn't join in, but just nodded her head in agreement.

Atticus Savar

Guest
Atticus smiled with a small nod but did not join the Admiral in her shouting. When the time came Atticus would motivate those that needed it in his own little way. For now he would remain silent for now he would bide his time. It would seem he had some work to do some work learning everything he could about the threat they faced. Knowledge was the best weapon they could arm themselves with and Atticus planned to go into battle better armed than his adversary.

Alarice would step back and move away from the stage, allowing other officers to address the crowd. They would call the individuals to attention as she moved off stage to her own corner of the Conference Room. She would take a seat as they began addressing the crowd and mentioning that now was the time to introduce themselves to other Naval Personnel, discuss and potentially make contacts within the fleet.

Alarice would leave herself open to questions obviously, having not left yet for the tactical preparations for the upcoming invasion of the One Sith.
