I wanted to write that Alicia was the decedent of House Palpatine, as if my linage was based upon a sister of a Palpatine who married into another name, before Sidious murdered his House under the manipulation of Plagueis. But the story never materialized and I'm happy that it didn't because I think it's pretty cool to be an original character.

Julian is a Solo, had his name changed for business.
I don't think Julian is anyway related to Han, it's been 800 years, there would be hundreds of thousands of Solos running around... just like there are millions of people with Smith as their last name, or Baker, Cooke, Parkes, etc etc etc, and while their name may have come from the same place, or similar, pretty much all of them aren't related
