An audience with his excellency and my lord at the White Palace would be most welcome. If [member="Cadan Tazi"] happens to be around there too, that would be excellent. Kyros can supply spice (and/or distribute Cartel spice among his club and other buyers, with profits in Cartel favour) in exchange for assistance in building his own empire beyond just spice trade, and in the long run he would be willing to further recompense the Cartel with the profits of his future endeavours.
