SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Robust construction allows for long term storage and limited chance of accidental exposure
  • Large internal canister ensures maximum effect on target via a large payload of chosen substance
  • Modular system allows for any gaseous substance to be stored in the internal glass vial. Variants include but are not limited to: Trihexalon , Bis Sulfide , Defoliant Gases
STRENGTHS
  • High Anti-Organic Potential: As the round's default load is Trihexalon, it has the ability to cause massive damage to organic targets, while leaving resources behind such as weapons, armor, and vehicles.
  • Excellent Payload variety: Virtually any liquid or gas could be fit inside the shell's canister, allowing it to be customized to fit the client's desired specifications.
  • Smart Round: Using an internal computerized guidance system, the round can be guided to the target with a high degree of accuracy and reliability.
  • Fin Stabilization: The deployable "fins" of the weapon keep it from being knocked off course by factors such as wind, also enabling it to course correct for moving targets.
WEAKNESSES
  • Extreme Cold: Trihexalon stabilizes and becomes inert at low temperatures, thus making those shells entirely useless on arctic battlegrounds.
  • Ineffective versus inorganic: Droids, and vehicles with sufficient chemical filters, can largely ignore the effects of the round.
  • Countermeasures: Organic units in sealed or anti-chemical armor will be unaffected by the Trihexalon payload, as it requires contact with organic matter.
DESCRIPTION
After largely dealing in small arms, Besco Defense LLC decided to bring its exacting standards to the chemical weapons arena. After finding deposits of Trihexalon in an asteroid Field, the company's engineer's set to work on a delivery system for potent chemicals. Utilizing a Duranium outer shell, and a baradium detonator charge, the CDV-15 (Chemical Delivery Vehicle Model 15) is able to disperse a wide range of gaseous weapons over large areas of the battlefield. Most of these gases are horribly potent in their killing power, and favored by armies looking to quell uprisings on more primitive worlds, where anti-chemical measures are less uncommon.

In its default configuration, the weapon breaks open high above the intended target, then releases its payload of Trihexalon. The gas then begins reacting with any organic matter by reverting the biomass into an unstable form, effectively turning organic material into a mild explosive. The effects on unprepared armies can be devastating, with whole platoons wiped out with just a single volatile shell.

Besco Defense offers an on demand retrofit to any existing canisters, as well as built-to-order rounds of any chemical the client desires. Even more mild offerings such as defoliant sprays, insecticides, and tear gas can be loaded into the CDV-15, however retrofitting existing shells does come at a premium cost.

But I have some concerns about the Trihexalon, because it is a mass destruction weapon, and it is a very grey zone. I'd like to ask you to include something in the weaknesses that would allow people to survive if the shell carrying Trihexalon.
