Allyson waited for the security team to do a sweep of her ship. Borleias was always an annoyance to travel to, but it was worth it in the end. She sat there with her arms crossed, her forearm tapped up along with a bandaid over her right cheek. Before leaving one of the last planets on her run she had to step up and protect her shipment from leeches. They usually waited to sneak off with any shipment that wasn’t kept an eye on, unlucky for them Allyson isn’t the type to leave her ship unoccupied unless she had to.
“Any messages?” Allyson looked towards the droid beside her and he made a few sad beeps and projected a big fat goose egg on her screen. Tilting her head, she sighed, maybe she shouldn’t have come back to Borleias, she hadn’t contacted Kaili in a few weeks mostly because she had tied up and had no access to the comm. Then to top off the situation, some stowaway most likely damaged her commline with the ship. It was already difficult enough to deal with getting messages from Rekali clan. Though there was Bait who should have been sending messages whenever they got into port. Narrowing her eyes at the droid she quickly remarked. “You sent the messages and videos right?” The droid looked at Allyson and then to the panel in front of him. His body locked up as he went through his files and then zipped away.
“YOU LITTLE!” Allyson stood up from her chair and chased the droid who was making several beeps apologizing for his lack of memory. “ILL FRY MORE THAN YOUR MEMORY CORE!” Bait was too quick and Allyson lost him as he zipped down into the cargo hold. Standing in the middle of it, she sighed softly. “Bait, you know how she worries…” Another beep of an apology echoed in the hold and Allyson rested her hand against her temple, “I know buddy we’ll get the ship’s link fixed while we’re here and everything will be okay.” The security team moved to Allyson and discussed a few things, she handed over any necessary paperwork and she was approved to leave and roam the planet. “Bait I’m heading to Kaili’s come on.” The droid zipped around locked up and the both got into a taxi to head towards Kaili’s shop.
Allyson wondered if she should have messaged the girl, but after not writing for the past few weeks during her 6 week or so absence seemed a bit odd. Yet, she was going to show up unannounced. Shrugging, Allyson prepared herself, mostly to be launched into a tree or something else. She remembered the bit of her temper during the competition. Gulping, she looked over at Bait and sighed. “She has a temper remember? This might not go as good as I hope.” Still Allyson smiled and waited in the taxi till it arrived. Despite the possibility of getting utterly destroyed by the Force Master, Allyson was still excited to see Kaili. It had felt like a millennium since she had seen the blonde.
Bait zipped off out of the taxi while Allyson slung her pack onto her back and headed towards the door. Taking a deep breath, she pressed the little buzzer to announce her presence to the shop keeper, looking up at the sky she groaned seeing that the sun was already setting – if only Borleias Plantary Security was just a few hours faster. Using the shiny parts of the shop door, Allyson fixed her brunette hair. She looked like a typical Corellian with, just a bit more spunk to her. Nerves coursed through her body as she waited for the door to open. [member="Kaili Talith"] was probably engrossed in something though, so Allyson figured she’d probably be waiting for a while.
