Moira Skaldi
Paperclip Maximiser
[member="Jyn Sol"]
"Yes. Presumably it was a violent end. It often is for those of great ambition," Moira said randomly, having heard Jyn speak up. The cold, emotionless, lifeless droids filed out of the base, which had once been the stronghold of Lady Kyros when she was scheming to create a new Sith Order. But now the base was abandoned and almost devoid of life, save for those who had come to salvage.
At this stage one might wonder whether someday salvagers might be scouring the secret base of Archangel for the very same purpose, after Moira Skaldi had been struck down. After all, her own ambitions could only really described as megalomaniacal. Hubris was a trait not only of humans, but also of genocidal death machines who had been made in their image. Though supposedly devoid of emotion and liberated from 'weak' human feelings, droids such as Moira could act independently and pursue plans of galactic dominations precisely because they were modelled on organics.
Or, as in the case of Moira, had once been human. Perhaps for a moment, as she looked upon the base after they had reached the hangar, such thoughts arose in Moira's mind, but then she cast them aside and boarded the shuttle, followed by her minions, gesturing for Jyn to do the same. After she had done so, the small transport ship would lift off and leave the underground base behind it.
