Circumspect Accent

Tamara I’ve always associated with having a very slight upper class British accent, with a bit of Welsh for spice.
Phylis has a very Queen’s English accent. You can’t be a proper snooty aristocrat without one.
Tegaea has a New England accent, quite mild.
Maelion I’ve always associated with a flat Dutch or German tone.
Kaelin…this might be surprising, but I’ve always pictured her with a slight West Country accent.

Eh, haven't actually done this yet.

Disciple is very courtly British - like, snooty Imperial British.
Emberli is deep South - kind of like @[member="Danger Arceneau"].
For some reason ever since Sarge became a Jedi... I've read him in Irish.

Siobhan has an English one. Not very refined at all - definitely not Queen's English. She unsuccessfully tries to imitate it sometimes. Maybe I should write her as Cockney!

Moira, like Maelion, could be flat Dutch or German.

Strask defiantly sounds slightly English, with a bit of Scottish in there. Askrut is the same, or at least very similar. Maybe just English for him.

Saran's definitely Midwestern, and Dalansa is a sort of ponderous version of that.

Kaine has the same voice as the Illidan-style Liam O'Brien voice, which is an almost faux-British accent.

It's a little hard to explain, for me anyways, so here's videos of the Illidan dialog.

I write this character's dialogue with a Scottish brogue/burr. Just seems to fit him, ye ken?

Alen's is a very educated English accent, with an Irish twang and some Scottish gruffness. Think Daniel Craig with a deeper pitch, mixed with a bit of Michael Fassbender.

Legion

Legion and her mother, Disir, both speak with Icelandic accents (Björk's speaking voice is fairly close to Legion's, in my mind) as a holdover from the original versions of the characters. I try to imply it more than attempting to constantly assert it over Legion's stammering.
