She was watching to see how he could do, ideas swirling around to give everyone there a better idea and indication for their own benefit as well as allowing her padawan a chance to learn on his own. She dind't want to leave him without direction but explaining how you do something to someone else doesn't always work for them either. Everyone learned things in a different way so finding his process to learn the force applications would make it a lot easier when she was explaining it. Also helped that hutts were naturally resistant to or almost immune to mental influence so there was the benefit of that pushing back some of the mental concealment that went into things. "You are doing good, now just let your senses expand outwards and feel for them. The small things that happen when they move, you can become invisible but you still weigh the same. You will still disrupt the ground when you move."

Tyyni nodded, closing his eyes yet again. Instead of trying to find their Force-signatures, he looked for ways their bodies influenced the environment. It was difficult, perhaps more difficult than looking for the slight shimmer in the air.

Tyyni knew he was seeing them easier than the average Padawan. He was rather immune to most mind-affecting effects, and he chocked that up to his Hutt heritage. At least his father gave him something useful.

The Huttlet felt the earth beneath him. Again, he waited. Suddenly, he opened his eyes, and turned his head slightly.

A small footprint etched its way into the ground to the right of him. He watched the footprints lead off, faint but noticeable. He stayed silent, simply enjoying the day, and watching the children play.

He was getting the hang of it.

SHe was letting him get the the ideas for himself, seeing how he was doing it as a few of the other disciples were there with them watching. She needed to show that they would be able to see her padawan display some aptitude with the skills or the methods. Otherwise it would be kind of wasteful to teach him. She wouldn't turn him down for normal jedi skills but teaching how to be able to bend light and really find the other force users who were using stealth. She moved to the side watching him as he was sensing some of the other children who were moving around and motioned for them to work on more getting him in the center of the area. "Tyyni move to the center, get a better feel for what you are sensing."

Tyyni nodded, slowly inching into the center of the area. "How am I supposed to get a better feel for this? Is there something I'm missing?" He squinted around him, hearing the soft padding of feet, and seeing the occasional shimmer of light.

Tyyni decided to try and focus on the two things he had already been told. He searched for shifting air, and the changing of the environment. He could feel the presences of those around him, either hiding from the Hutt, or watching him. He tried to push the former out of his mind, focusing on the hiders. He felt a slight breeze tickle the back of his neck. The shifting, rolling waves of dirt. The small giggles of those hidden.

He began to notice patterns.

It was slow, at first. A simply shifting of pebbles, or a sliver of distressed air. As he observed, he would see these shivers shift slightly, then appear again a ways away. The pressing of ground under foot began to make paths. Tyyni wasn't able to see them, per se, perhaps that would come with more training. But he was able to see where they were, and predict where they were going, all without using the Force. He was quite proud of himself.

"No just the patience, stealth and observation is not about the instant results. It can take as long as it takes to actually get something. hours, days even months or watching and observing until you are able to find something. See that one moment that brings everything into perspective." Quenladose herself backed up a little though while she was watching him and let some of the other children move past her as they remained careful and focused. Allowing their own forms to move around her padawan in circles. "The same goes towards anything, a padawan who expects to master something instantly fails because they don't want to look for the room to grow and learn they only want the knowledge. Without an understanding of it or the work for it."

Tyyni looked between the near-invisible forms of the children as they began to circle him, and his master lectured. What she said made sense, and while he may not agree, he saw her point. Tyyni decided to voice his concern.

"But if we do not aim high, will we not aim low instead? I seek to master everything my first try, so I try harder. I seek understanding, and I like to take things slowly, but if I expect great things from myself, I will eventually obtain them, yes?"

"What do you suggest I aim for, if not perfection?" His view was brutal, but motivating. He asked for 100% from himself, because if he asked for less, he would receive less.

She was looking at him and bowed her head. "Aiming high and wanting to do things is fine but don't put yourself under so much pressure seeking perfection that if you fail you can't handle things. I've had padawan put themselves under so much pressure they twisted it in their minds. The high standards they gave themselves they applied and twisted to the jedi demanding they be perfect so they could fall to the darkside and it wasn't their fault. it was the order demanding to much of them." She was looking at him and it was rare cases but one of the big things she heard from the emotional jedi who dind't seem to like the idea of control such as connor, joza, aria, domino, any number who just flee the order to be part of other orders.... That they can't handle the standards of a jedi that were pretty lax to begin with and really only existed in their heads so they would always fall short.

The Hutt nodded, understandment showing in his features. Tyyni was excellent at putting too much pressure on himself. He often had to outperform the other Padawans to be recognized by some masters, a side-effect of his race. He had taught himself, inadvertently, to try to be the best at everything he did, and his self-esteem dropped as a result. Tyyni realized all this, and took Quenladose's words to heart.

"Yes, Master. I understand."

He would stay like this for hours, silent and still, until the children left, or he was brought to do something else. For now, he was content to be patient and observing, two things many Padawans seemed to struggle with.

Similarly to his master, the Huttlet had years and years ahead of him. He could wait a day easily.

She was watching hi to see what he did and the others were as well. Different from the children as it was getting late into the night when the moon showed in areas above the canopy. Quenladose didn't move but the others in the area went into their towers eventually as the doors opened for them to go inside. "Come on." She said it and was moving quickly as there were the smells of food and sounds of different people. All of the children wearing more ornate and colorful clothing in bright colors some that matched her hair. "It is more fun." She said it hopefully before he had many questions as some of the children were wearing bright face paint and as she sat down at a table there were others with bright and colorful hair. "We spend all of the time bending light and being invisible much more fun to be seen."

Tyyni sat there for hours, simply learning the nuances of detection. It felt like minutes. Tyyni hadn't realized he had fallen into a deep meditation until his master told him to follow.

He slid after his master slowly, careful not to disturb any others that might be out.

Finally, they made it to food, where Tyyni slowly meditated himself up into a sitting position, noticing the colorful and fun appearances of those around him. He grew self-conscious as Quenladose talked, trying to shrink his form out of existence.

"I would rather be invisible." He said it as a whisper, not intending for anyone to hear him, and he began to feast on what was provided.

She looked at her padawan but was keeping pace with it as they went. Getting soem food while the others were all around and in their own conversations. Dozens of them all sitting around here to see before she looked over with a couple of things having a pitcher. "Eat up, you have no idea how much energy you are going to use when you really start learning how to bend light. It will take a lot out of you." it took a lot out of her when she wasn't making sure all of her hungers were taken care of. The jedi knight was prepared to work with it before she had a cup with some of the things they were drinking. Different forms of tea as well as for some alcohol in case of things. She had some sweet tea that used maybe more sugar then actual water she was uncertain but it was delicious.

Tyyni gorged himself on the food, like usual, making sure he had enough to be content for a while. Given his ambition, he would probably be refining this new skill for hours, days on end, until he was comfortable in using it in the field. If he ever went in the field.

Tyyni had never been in a real battle before. He had done investigations, facing off against thugs, and had dispatched animals attacking civilians, but had never experienced a full-on battle, and neither did he look forward to it. War was an easy path to the Dark side, he knew that much from his studies. Anger. Lots of anger went into war.

Tyyni levitated a glass over to himself, and poured a cup of sweet tea. As he took a sip, he grimaced, realizing his mistake too late. The beverage was much too sweet for him. He was used to the bland foods of the Jedi, and the muckish cuisines of the Hutts. He wasn't prepared for such unbridled sugar intake. He coughed in his hand slightly, trying to hide his discomfort.

"Ahem. Whoops." Tyyni placed the cup down gingerly, and instead, got himself a water.

Quenladose looked at her padawan as he took a sip and laughed... several of them did as they watched not because he had coughed but because a sweettooth if you didn't have it you were going to have one. The sugar was so much at times it could hurt your teeth as she ate like her padawan and many of the others did. They used a lot of energy here, they worked on it all here as more food was being brought out by the droids along with some others who had arrived. More sephi who were around wit their hair and eyes and then you could see the ears when they busted out the lightfoils and different gear for investigating around. "When you finish here if you are ready there is the training rooms within the tower." She was not expecting him to go through it easily, she was working on teaching him how to control and maintain his energies so he could do just this.

Tyyni looked at the drink with suspicious eyes, still tasting the pure sugar on his palette. Even the water he drank couldn't disperse the taste. As a youngling, he had accustomed himself to the bitter and spicy tastes of Hutt cuisine. Not that he liked the Hutts, but he wasn't afraid to admit that his taste buds were pleased by the taste of spiced gorg meat.

"Bleh. I do not like sugar in my beverages. Especially when there is more sugar than liquid." Tyyni slid off of the bench, looking between everyone gathered apologetically. "My apologies, all, but I am anxious to continue my training. Shall we go, Master?"

Tyyni waited patiently for a response, partially out of respect, and partially because he didn't know where the training rooms were.

Looking at him as she internally snickered at it the jedi knight bowed her hed ready to head off and give him what he needs more for it. To prevent a lot of the things but she was finished eating seeing the others as they otioned with their hands. "Alright we can continue, though I do recommend some rest. be careful." She was looking over at a lot of it and getting up as she moved clasped her hands behind her back going towards the middle of the tower as the main chamber was dozens of levels up with a more modular feels as the levels were shifting and moving around. She stood there for a moment getting one fo the levels to rise up as she looked around. "This is one fo the main training chambers. The one sensing stands in the center and level by level they face tougher and stronger disciples as they try and sense them."

Tyyni smiled as his master told him that rest was important. "To be completely honest, Master, all I've done today anyways is listen and look, and have expended little energy. To be completely honest, I believe the sugar has heightened my energy levels. What do the younglings call it? A 'sugar rush'?" Tyyni did air-quotes as he spoke, not familiar with the concept. He did feel rather giddy, but whether it was from his drink or his excitement, he didn't know.

The Hutt followed his master into the tower, looking up cautiously at all the moving parts. He joined his master on their platform, and she willed it upward. Eventually, they reached their destination, and Tyyni listened.

He nodded to Quenladose, feeling his excitement bubble within him. "Yes, Master. Wish me luck, I suppose." Tyyni slid to the center of the level, and closed his eyes, preparing for the worst.

"You may tell them to begin. I am ready."

She could see him while they were on the platform and raising it up with a look on her face. "Well your energy is mostly going to go towards sensing still. There is the need to walk as it were before you can move around and bend light to hide yourself. Up here it becomes a sort of game to switch off and see but you want to be able to move around on the platforms themselves." As she was speaking and looking over many of the other things the jedi knight presented herself for this. "We'll just have to see how you do before testing some fo your other skills." She saw more of the others while moving over with a look on her face when she was moving off to the side giving a look to the others all around them. Different disciples were moving around and wrapping the light around themselves in the shadows as they could move and run.
