City project Elysian

Hi everyone, I am looking into under take a large project.
Rebuilding a city on the planet Elysian as the planet population would have grown.
The planet is currently in outback territory

Thinking of one similar to Onderon

Things required

• Power station
• Building materials for housing
• Large wall
• Spaceport
• Hospitals, Schools and other a: Shield generator
• Amenities, sewers laying cables, and shops
• Refugee camps, so they can be checked
• Planetary shields
• Factories to help employ the refugees
• Clearing wildlife from areas (deadly dinosaurs)
• Also anything else you can think of that might be good for a city

Anyone who is interested, must not be a known sith
