To himself he made the promise to never devour the lives of the innocent. At least there would be requiem there.

A short laugh left his. "Alright, how you gonna kick my ass today?" Dax asked standing. At least he'd done one thing right so far. Now his only hope was that he could keep his promise.

The man stood fromhis chair and faced the woman, arms crossed, ready to see what she had in mind.

Today we are gonna do some Saber training mixed with a but of force training grab your Saber and get into position

Dax stepped back, a small, slightly cocky, grin on his face. He drew one of his sabers, the one he'd worn as a Jedi and ignited it, the deep roar resounding as the saber awoke. He twirled the saber between his fingers, letting it fall into a reverse grip. "Alright Raxis, let's see what your apprentixe has learned."

*She gave a smile as she looked at his cocky grin, she spun her both her blades, she let a breath out*

Dax settled into a combative stance, to the side and just behind him, hand before him. A brief moment's pause as the green twi'lek drew her blades and spoke.

Dax rushed forward, the blade of his saber coming in from the right, orange glow screaming towards the woman.

She watched him as she smiled, her eyes focused on him, she watched as he threw a attack at her right..and left his left open, she smirk and blocked his right swing as she kicked him back*

Left your left side open I could of sliced you in half, again

Just as she'd identified a weakness, Dax noticed one of hers. Standing on only one leg left her unbalanced. Just as the kick collided with his side, he unleashed a Force Push, one that would certainly impact her chest and cause her to fall backward.

Dax took a couple of steps backward, the kick having enough force behind it to stop his movement and continue to push him. A little dust kicked up as his boots contacted the ground.

She gasped as she was knocked back down to her back, she jumped up as she held her blade at ready and chuckled

Dax chuckled a little, "Well I'm not exactly trying to kill you my friend." Dax said, settling into a defensive posture, his orange glowing blade in front of him, across his body, ready to protect him. "If I were, I'd be trying a lot harder." Her move.

*she gave a smile as her blades spun, her eyes seem to shift* then let's pick the speed up a bit eh?

Her body tensed then in a second she was close, a fury of strikes laid open him left right up high and low, she wore a smile as she started to test him

His second saber flew into his left hand, the orange blade letting out a shrill scream as it sprung into being. He moved to intercept each of his mentor's strikes, spark and clashes resounding through the yard. But Dax was at a disadvantage. His organic arms could feel fatigue...the bionic woman could not. He could feel himself slowing as she maintained her speed.

She gave a smile as she jumped back, she spun her Sabers and moved away Sabers deactivating

Good job I'm impressed you were able to keep up that long to be honest, let us take a break I imagine you need it as well

To be honest so did she...her body needed tons of calories for her legs before she lost all her energy

"Thanks." the man said as his blades retracted into their hilts. He returned the two sabers to his belt and sat back down in the chair.

"How are the affairs of Imahalyan going these days?" Dax inquired.

She smiled and sat down as she sighed and rubbed her legs before stretching and looking to [member="Dax Fyre"]

Well imahalyan is under first order flags at the moment not really a bad thing it's brought some income and allows my people to be comfortable around soldiers

"I'm surprised they've left you guys alone so far. Kinda expected Imahalyan to be in ruin by now." Dax said leaning back into the chair. "It's a prosperous world. I'd have thought that they would start enslaving everyone, mine for resources and what not." he said in a matter-of-fact tone.

The First Order could be cruel. If they wanted something they'd certainly do whatever it took to get it, regardless of the safety of others.

They are...odd, if you show force your gonna get retaliation, however they came peacefully and I worked with them, I'm still queen of this place just now I listen to them

She said and closed her eyes as she smiled

It's odd we think some may be evil but really were all the same

I she rubbed her chin as he asked that question, though she wanted to say know she knew how things worked sometimes
