Another large panel of durasteel was lowered and placed on the starship's skeletal frame.

"The Black Hand has never failed. I have the utmost confidence that it will stay that way in years to come."

Judas stood under the fighter's cockpit where Circe delved into her duties; knocking at the metal to get her attention.

"Miss Savan, a word?"

 

[Onrai]

A soft nod to the Shi'ido exposed Circe's willingness to still do business, despite work on the Bantha proceeding as planned.

"Hmm?"

"If you are not too distracted with this project, perhaps we could discuss about my resubmission of the purchased order I sent you?"

Judas had taken the time to submit this information shortly after he left Pazela to his thoughts. He had found a few discrepancies to the last order he made after reviewing some of the schematics of the cruisers.

 

[Onrai]

"I can certainly do that with you, Judas." A soft smile crossed her lips as she opened up her datapad, swiftly looking over his order's details. And there were quite a few changes noticeable in the ships he desired.

"I can definitely do this for you."

[Judas]

"I couldn't help to see the lack of hangar space on a few of the cruisers but then I noticed your Corusca model. One of these would suffice for now as well as upping the order on the startfighters and bombers. Having the reserves seemed reasonable considering the price you gave for the frigates before. If you can patch that through it would most desirable."

He kept that certain gaze on her again as he waited for her response.

 

[Onrai]

And indeed she did. Getting to work, she adequately edited in the information on his order. Now, Judas's order was fully updated to its proper, complete state. And he was looking at her that way again...

"You have that look on your face again, Judas."

"What look?"

He stood there bewildered of sorts.

 

[Onrai]

"You just sometimes have this look on your face when you look at me. It's really quite cute."

A soft chuckle crossed her lips as she intended to call him out.

An awkward pause.

"Indeed..."

He turned on his heels and marched off without a word to follow.

His order would be processed. That was for sure. But she would be keeping a close eye on him. His interest in her seemed more...

More than meets the eye.
