Continued Refinement

Focusing on the feeling and sounds he heard, he breifly thought back to when he was a kid. To how he was trained and taught by his Echani mother to keep on training untill you started dreaming about it. It only came to mind for a moment but the short memory brought a momentary smile as he walked, before returning his attention to the moment on hand. Moving through all this was proving to be both easier and harder then he thought. It was easy to disconnect his mind from his bodies movements for the purpose of enhancing his senses. But that in turn, made directing his body without messing up there harder. In truth he needed to be able to do both at the same time, not just one or the other. But to walk you start by trying and falling repeatedly. As he started to roam the area more, he focused more on the senses and less on his walking, getting bit by bit more of a feel for how to keep the feeling and use of the the enhancement in his mind. Dusaro would worry about strengthening that enhancement later, for now he just wanted to be able to maintain it properly. So far he had tripped up with his concentration a few more times, each time sitting back down for a moment to gather himself before proceeding onwards. Overtime the gaps between each lapse in concentration would increase, as he got a feel and hold on it. It was just two steps up a long flight of stairs to mastery.

Matsu hovered, focused on not making a sound while the padawan was letting his mind go and achieve some sort of focus. It was the least she could do to help him out as it were, the most was continuie to send what energies she could to help as well as make sure the area they were in remained richly infused with the calmness and warmth of the lightside of the force It was here in the library's station that well they had little fear, the layer of synthmesh within its structure meant it got only stronger with age and its protective shielding would serve a far better purpose before they were jumping to hyperspace again. Never in a place that long with all of the unknowns.

As Dusaro continued to walk, he found that in a way the cold was in fact helping. The aura of the light and its calming radiance certainly did to, but on a physical level the cool, crisp air was helpful. Something about the way it dulled the bodies senses and slowed down the functions, it along with the lightside aura set the stage 'perfectly' as it were. After another mental slip up, he sat down again on the cold ground, relaxing for a few moments, thinking. He wanted to try things a bit diffrently. More directly focus on himself and what his body was doing, rather then trusting to luck and mostly focusing on his mind. Standing up with a more determined look this time, he did just that. Working on balancing out his concentration, not pulling away from how he would normally act and do while adding magnify sense. For a time Dusaro managed it, dealing with the concentration of trying to keep his senses expanded while not going too far, but he did end up slipping up. But this time from more mental over load rather then being distracted by something externally. Making a slow, steady sigh to relax a bit, he spoke with a wry tone. "You know, you would think this would be the easiest thing to learn, but nooo." He said as though annoyed, though his look made it clear he was not.

She was looking at him and remained there with a small look on her face when she spoke. "If it was easy then everyone would do it, a number of jedi and force users I have seen prefer the easy path because they are more interested in titles and being popular or being remembered for being some great jedi. Sadly few want to be jedi for the sake of helping others. It is easier to just collect titles and accolades, to seek them out. It is why I have turned down and avoided becoming a grandmaster or even running things." She said it but was allowing the force to move and swirl in white whisps around her hands as she was sending it to the padawan to keep him charged and refreshed.

Dusaro nodded a bit at her words, thinking on them a few moments before responding. "Yeah. I don't really care about stuff like that. Flashy moves or big powers, stuff like that. Ignoring the part about, well, me not being really all that good with controlling the force in general. I do not often get jealous, but i have to admit being outpaced by a initiate in force training is embaressing." Dusaro said with a chukle and a shrug, catching his breath and gathering his mind for a few moments as he was revitalized. "I don't seek anything out. I just... Do i suppose? I see something that needs done and i go and do it. Probably because of that, i come to decisions, thoughts, and having a veiw on things quickly. Though, part of that has to due with my past as a Merc. When the bolts are flying and the chips are down... You don't get much time to make a decision ya know? I am not really sure how much that helps me or hinders me, as a Jedi. Makes me wonder if i am too hasty at times." He said, rolling over that idea in his head as he got up, streching a bit to get back into the mood of training. After warming both mind and body back up, he nodded his thanks to Matsu and started to train once again. Focusing his mind, he pushed at the borders of his senses. Increasing their depth, how much they saw, smelled, felt, heard, even tasted. He stayed still for a few moments as he slowly built it back up in his mind, before trying some light jogging this time. His phyiscal endurance was not an issue, it was his mind that would have the most trouble. But he was working hard at it, keeping as focused on the task at hand as he could, though that focus inevitably failed on a few occasions.

SHe looked at him with a nod of her head there. Where she would be able to look at it, where she would be able to see some of his skills with the force itself until she crossed her arms over her chest. She was feeling pretty good about his training and moved now to float around then find a new position. "You are doing very well, now focus you mind and empty it, do not let hese conversaqtions distract you from channeling the force and revitalizing yourself. It is esential when using the force that you are able to restore yourself while others wil tire themselves out and try to out flash you. Be smarter and work smarter, don't worry about being harder."

Dusaro could feel the force easily enough. Manipulating it to enhance his senses was not much of an issue, but other branches were. Anything that involved using the force to affect something else was hard for him to manage. He had been working at that issue, but so far with no real success. "Alright.." He nodded a bit, pausing a moment. Clearing ones mind was easier said then done, but with how the place radiated the lightside and peace it was easier to manage then it would have been elsewhere. After doing so, he tried drawing in that lightside into his mind, but it was not easy for him to manage. It was like trying to grasp smoke, no matter how much you tried to grab it it would slip through your fingers. That was his issue here as he tried to do as intructed and failed to fully grab hold of it.

Matsu gave a nod as they had a chance now, she was letting the force guide them and focused her own mind outwards. Letting the pressure of the force build up and up in her chest but she pushed outwards to pop that bubble and focused the force so the two of them were somewhere else. The restored temple and settlement that was around before she looked at the padawan and raised her eyebrow in question. She knew how to use the force and connect with the artifacts she had collected. Touching them with her mind and everything else as well once calmed the jedi master remained there before she was moving around with her arms crossed. "Well that is only getting easier to do."
