How about the complete opposite of ruins - recent developments / constructions.

Think new cities springing up where wars 'cleaned the slate', unstable planetary governments that arose from revolution, or even (if we're being especially bold) Canon planets that are actually different from their Canon depiction for once.

And because I might add Something, Codex Contest of "Species" other than Humans/Monsters. Something to more like plants, Rural wildlife, hunting game. points for making it relate to a previous event/invasion/Chaos Lore. I very much liked the idea of the Factory pulling something like this with people making Mandalorian Iron that had been influenced by the Dark Side due to the invasions after invasions on mandalore.

Plants, creatures, or "Species" that have changed because of things that have happened on Chaos.
