I haven't heard of the clones being mistreated until other people brought it up. Just boggles me that people would think that the majority of the Republic feels that way...The people that I know in the Republic surely wouldn't be disrespectful of them. But maybe I don't know that many people.

Dont know if its being recognized, I dont see why not, but the rep army went to Cartao with three objectives.
1. Make sure the spartii was not a threat to the republic (by dismantöing the clone chip).
2. Make sure the clones free will and rights were protected.
3. Safe guard the civilians from being harmed in the conflict. This included making sure any private companies interest were not disturbed (unless theyline Spartii built a brain washed army to overthrow the rep government,

Whatever is going on at that is due to Danger sending in the Corporate alliance seizure of Spaarti.

I think the RP is pretty much done. At least from the GRs perspective. The private representatives claim to be able to dismanytle the chip and the Rep is fine with that and are even given the right to send a science team to observe the procedure (mainly to make sure the clones free will is protected).

Unless someone pulls a gun and shoots Weiss as he marches of to help the local law enforcement I'd say the rep has no special interest in breaking the deal.

Honestly I'm perfectly fine with republic sanctions on Spaarti to not grow another mass army again. The first army took like 100+ dev posts and I am not about that life again

I'm just waiting to get word from the mandos when they are done dealing with the ic stuff with the pubs.

I had been asked icly to please hold off with the Corporate Alliance issues until then.

And honestly, with how crazy things are, tackling things one at a time would be best for everyone.
