DESCRIPTION

The engineers at Ghostronics looked at creating a blaster carbine that could be used in several different situations from police actions to front line soldiers on the battleground. First, they decided the carbine should be light, allowing for better handling, and decided on the alloy known as songsteel. The material was also resistant to lightsaber plasma blades as a secondary benefit. The other alloy the used was dallorian alloy for its ability to handle high temperatures, in essence to prevent the barrel from overheating from continuous firing.

Like all their weapons, Ghostronics engineers added some special features on the carbine to make it different than other carbine styles on the market. The scope, or eyepiece, has two extra features other than the normal sight. It can be switched to either night vision or infrared vision by depressing a small button on the side of the scope. The barrel itself can be extended in three sets, for close quarter combat to long range engagements; and comes with a sound suppressor that can be attached or detached. The carbine also has a hair trigger for a higher rate of firing.

The biggest feature the carbine has is the tibanna gas cannister mounted under the barrel. As seen in the early styles like this, also uses a refined mixture of the tibanna gas that turns the blaster bolts nearly invisible when they pass through the gas that moves into the barrel when the trigger is pulled.
