Located in the heart of the Financial District on Coruscant, the Germon-Sacks Financial Center is a prominent landmark. It is easily accessible via the main orbital traffic lanes and is situated directly on a major avenue lined with Imperial Banners. The building itself is heavily guarded with public access limited to the ground-floor exchange halls and a few designated tour areas.

The upper floors which house the Imperial Treasurer's offices and private financial institutions are for authorized personnel only and require extensive security clearances up to an hour once scanning and fingerprinting is completed.

• Description:

The Germon-Sacks Financial Center is a massive, broad pyramid, constructed from polished durasteel and streaked with vertical strips of grey. This wide base houses the main trading floors and public-facing facilities. From the center of this pyramid, a narrower, block-like tower rises hundreds of meters into the atmosphere, capped by a spire that pierces the smog.

The upper block is less ornate than the base, featuring a more utilitarian, brutalist design typical of Imperial architecture though has several landing pads to provide access for the Imperial Ruling Council. Banners of the Galactic Empire and major financial institutions line the avenue leading to the structure, emphasizing its importance as the financial hub of an ever-expanding empire.

The Grand Exchange Hall: Located on the lower floors of the pyramid, this cavernous hall is a whirlwind of activity. Holographic displays of market data fill the air, and traders from across the galaxy, both human and alien, furiously work at their terminals. A multi-story, circular screen in the center of the hall broadcasts a live feed of the Imperial Stock Exchange.

The Imperial Treasury: Situated on the highest floors of the central tower, the Imperial Treasury is a highly secure facility. It consists of a suite of offices, data vaults, and the main office of the Imperial Treasurer. The windows here offer a panoramic view of Coruscant, symbolizing the Treasurer's oversight of the Empire's vast economic interests.

The Executive Club: A private, exclusive club on one of the mid-levels of the tower, reserved for the wealthiest and most influential financial magnates and corporate executives. It features a lavish lounge, fine dining, and private conference rooms where multi-billion credit deals are quietly made.

The Imperial Archives: A restricted-access data vault located deep within the pyramid's foundations. It contains comprehensive records of the Empire's financial history, including tax records, corporate filings, and the personal wealth of trillions of Imperial citizens.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

The Germon-Sacks Financial Center was built following the Battle of Coruscant, a significant time when the Galactic Empire, under Emperor Darth Solipsis, seized the Crown Jewel of the Core Worlds from the Galactic Alliance.

As the Alliance retreated from the core worlds after suffering heavy losses and being forced into a defensive position, the construction of the Center commenced at the explicit request of the Imperial Ruling Council, which recognized the necessity for a central financial hub to manage the extensive economic changes resulting from the war.

The Trade Federation, aiming to align itself with the Imperial Treasurer Aggadeen Myi , was granted the lucrative contract to design and enhance the structure for the Empire, removing any remnants of Alliance influence. Their proficiency in large-scale construction and financial infrastructure rendered them the optimal choice.

The primary objective of the new building was twofold: to establish a secure venue for the Imperial Treasurer to supervise the galactic economy, and to function as the headquarters for the significant endeavor of consolidating the various assets of the Galactic Alliance.

This process entailed auditing and confiscating assets, as well as reissuing all former Alliance currency under the new, unified Imperial monetary system, a strategy that effectively dismantled the economic autonomy of the Empire's vanquished adversaries and reinforced its financial dominance over the galaxy.

This ambition sparked a daring plan to forge alliances with influential figures outside the Sith hierarchy, preparing for the inevitable power struggles to come. It was during a crucial insight on Christophsis that Igor's fate took a dramatic turn. In the aftermath of the Mandalorian Enclave's collapse, Igor seized the opportunity to secure Christophsis under his command, leveraging his newfound reputation as a strategic genius.

Declaring himself Vicelord of Christophsis, Igor's ascent to power was swift but not without challenges. The remnants of local resistance tested his leadership, but each challenge only solidified Igor's resolve. The soft glow of hyperspace would begin to dissipate as the 175th Chandrila Naval Task Force moved into the system to break the Imperial Remnant's Blockade over Onderon. The galaxy was on the brink of a pivotal moment in its history. Despite being defeated in the Battle of Exegol, dark forces were rising once again, posing a threat to the peace that had briefly settled upon the Galactic Alliance. The Brotherhood of the Maw had crumbled, and now the Mandalorian Enclave was causing conflicts across multiple worlds, fueled by their ambition to establish their own interstellar empire through blood and beskar.

Meanwhile, the Sith Order's undead army was wreaking havoc, system by system. It was clear that the Alliance was struggling to maintain control over the vast galaxy, but they had no choice but to face the challenge. The Task Force sent to Onderon, though not as powerful as a Full Imperial Remnant, would have to rise to the occasion and confront the impending danger that threatened to engulf the galaxy.

If the Alliance could deal a considerable blow to the naval power of this Imperial Remnant here and now then they would buy themselves time to further mobilize and gain support within the Senate. The main objective of the task force - was to punch a hole through the Imperial Fleet stationed around Onderon to allow relief supplies and ground forces to land on the surface to support the Monarchy's Royal Government.

As the "ANS Whirlwind" approached the planetary boundary, Commodore Ideon stood firmly on the bridge, ready to face whatever lay ahead. Countless stories of fallen alliance officers haunted his thoughts, reminding him of the devastating destruction witnessed by those who had come before him. The New Imperial Order - Empire was known for their fierce resistance, and today this Imperial Remnant would be no exception. With the weight of uncertainty hanging in the air, they all understood the grim reality that survival was far from guaranteed.

They have no doubt detected our arrival on their COMSCAN'S - so begin prepping all primary and secondary weaponry for a full charge and recycle our shields. Expect incoming fighters" The Captain's chair reverberated with the commanding voice of the Commodore, as the chain of command swiftly transmitted orders and the communication officers tirelessly exchanged messages throughout the fleet. Ensuring operational intelligence remained intact was crucial for their triumph.

DESCRIPTION​

Aeternitas Interstellar (AI) is a droid operated naval shipyard spread across the Neimoidian Purse Worlds and several strongholds of the Trade Federation of Planets. The Automated Shipyards were established by the Skakoan-Neimoidian Engineering Cooperative after the Second Great Hyperspace War came to a close with the Galactic Alliance's victory over the Brotherhood of the Maw on Exegol. The company's main focus is on the production of naval vessels for various clients throughout the public and private sectors within the galaxy and has substantial contracts with the Galactic Alliance and the Trade Federation of Planets to supply them with top of the line vessels and salvage services. Since the entire company is run automatically to save cost, there is little care for safety standards or maintaining a good reputation among organic buyers.

RATIONALE​

Aeternitas Interstellar (AI) was founded at the end of the Second Great Hyperspace War although on offcial documentation it was established in 900 ABY on Cato Neimoidia by Neimoidian and Skakoan Engineers from the Trade Federation of Planets. The Corporation is often seen as nothing more than a front company to hide illegal worker practices conducted by the Trade Federation. Although the entire company is run by automatic processes which means there are no organic workers to slow down production of new naval vessels for their clients.

DESCRIPTION​

The Triumph Class A-601 Main Battlecruiser is a Seventh Generation Battlecruiser for the Galactic Alliance Navy following the declaration of war against the Mandalorian Enclave. Designed and produced by Aeternitas Interstellar in response to the scraping of several Republic Engineering Corporation battlecruisers from the alliance naval arsenal, the Triumph Class was named after the victory over the Brotherhood of the Maw over Tython and is meant to serve as a constant reminder that the Alliance is the strongest power currently within the galaxy. At 4,500 Meters in Length, it is a formidable command ship used to defend alliance territory from Mandalorian and Imperial incursions. The Class comes equipped with a large amount of weaponry spread across its hull from heavy turbolaser batteries to broadside flak cannons to provide enough damage output against other vessels of the same generalized class. The Triumph is also considered excellent when it comes to defense as no expenses were spared due to the cost of building such behemoths, allowing it to shrug off damage that might cripple other vessels in the field. It is also quite able to play a support role within a larger fleet by having a large amount of starfighters within its hold but does suffer from a singular structural weakness near the main command bridge which is vulnerable if breached.

The Banking Clan had seen its time in the sun but in the end. They stopped being hungry. They got complacent, they got stagnant. And so, as such is the world of business, they're dying.

Rising from the ashes of war...so rose the Trade Federation. And if war was anything but wholly destructive in every other facet. It was a breeding ground for opportunity. Those who had ambition saw the use and merit of the hopeless destruction. Certainly, that was the binding factor that united the ironclad industrialists into consolidating not only their resources but financial acumen and unforgiving political tact into this Federation.

The New Imperial Order had come out of the gate with a chip on their shoulder and they proved immediately they were a force to be reckoned with. Seizing the financially strategic worlds that served as lynchpin staples to the IGBC of old, this was the most ample opportunity to emerge. Their first aim?

The Trade Federation Standardized Credit (TFC). With a similar aim to the IGBC's Galactic Standard Credit, the Trade Federation sought to bind the Galactic governments and economies with a sole standardized currency. In such a precarious fate in the shadow of the Sith Empire, the New Imperial Order was a perfect first adopter of this currency. Or at the very least, the most likely. Twisting the adjustment dial to his vocoder, Gat Tambor spoke up to the assembled Provincial Governors of the New Imperial Order, his retinue of industrial titans (almost all under pseudonyms) not far from sight to assist or at the very least, observe the goings of this proposal.

"First- I must congratulate the New Imperial Order on their first victories in this...Civil War, however I do hope all of you realize that the economic state of this government is not sustainable. I certainly would know better than any of you in these matters given my position on the Imperial Board of Economic Directors. So firstly I must iterate the Trade Federation only seeks to assist this great Order within the throes of war...if you would be so kind as to consider and accept our proposal." Gat Tambor speaks, narrowing his amber eyes before he speaks up once more.

"While the Galactic Standard Credit is becoming the standard use credit across the Galaxy, having been adopted by several governments, ours included I must inform all of you that its value tanks by the day as...Galactic war efforts demand the use of electrum in complex electronic systems enmasse." This was a partial truth as each of the Trade Federation industrialists had been running their factories around the clock to negligantly 'unintentionally' include the material into several mass-produced products.

"So- in its stead. I offer the chance to set the new trend and be the first adoptor of the Trade Federation Standardized credit. Should the New Imperial Order be the first, it can immediately jump to the forefront of economic expansion within the greater Galactic community and economic infrastructure. Surely...this is an appealing venture to all of you, yes?" Gat asked, arching a brow of his beady eye to gauge their initial reaction.

A man with so much power at his command that life itself seemed to bow before him, comparable to the most ancient of celestial gods that shaped the universe as far has he had read from galactic history documents. A conversation such as this was not without danger and yet the Muun would throw life away to secure a most lucrative deal.

"You are right in your assessment, Darth Carnifex. I am the Lord Damascus of the Trade Federation and the InterGalactic Banking Clan."

"As you are no doubt aware the Alliance is growing increasingly hostile to corporations in their midst, and frankly on the fringe growing far beyond the bureaucracy's ability to control it effectively. A critical weakness of democracy and the downfall of many galactic nations. I have come to you, Twice-Emperor because you are a man of vision far beyond even the greatest of ideological thinkers and most potent of demagogues. In less poetic words there is an understanding any investment will be returned ten fold."

The Declaration Class D-100 Starfighter Cruiser is a Seventh Generation Fleet Carrier for the Galactic Alliance Navy following the declaration of war against the Mandalorian Enclave. Designed and produced by Aeternitas Interstellar in response to the scraping of the Republic Engineering Corporation warships within the Alliance Naval Arsenal, The Declaration Class was named after the official document signed by the Chancellor Auteme and the Senate that officialy declared a state of war. The Starfighter Cruiser is meant to be a hybrid vessel bringing the firepower of a Modern Assault Cruiser and the Starfighter Capacity of Carriers into a single vessel while sacrificing some defensive armaments in order to follow the Alliance Naval Doctrine of Starfighter Superiority. The Class comes equipped with a large amount of weaponry spread across its hull from heavy turbolaser batteries to broadside flak cannons to provide enough damage output against other warships of the same generalized classification. The Declaration is also well adapted at providing starfighter support being able to hold up to 11 squadrons of starfighters with 10 of those squadrons being bombers and starfighters and 1 squadron being support vessels. They are not designed for sustained combat even with their impressive abilities, being regulated to the back of the formation where they can plug holes should they emerge and provide forward support for the main battle cruisers.

Master Rad'Nav Erakot can be considered a distant but friendly person around the members of the Prime Jedi Enclave and other Jedi Factions such as the New Jedi Order. Having a strict devotion to the Light Side of the Force but knows that to much devotion can lead one blind to other possibilities.

DESCRIPTION​

As the Galaxy continues to spiral into one war after another with the most recent engagements being the Alliance-Enclave War, the Mandalorian-Sith Skirmishes, the Sith Empire Campaigns leading up to 900 ABY to 902 ABY. The Galactic Alliance is surrounded on all sides by foreign powers looking to carve up its territories and has issued one mobilization after another in the hopes of containing the spread of darkness throughout the galaxy. In response to this mobilization effort, the Bippinator Class Dreadnought Battle Cruiser prototype was designed and produced by Byblos Star Drives to be the 8th generation of front line combat vessels for the Alliance War Effort after the scraping of the Republic Engineering Corporation's warships from the Alliance Naval Arsenal and the witnessed destructive power of the Imperial Erebus-Class Sith Battlecruiser during the Blockade over Onderon. The Bippinator Class is meant to be the ultimate flagship vessel of the Alliance Navy - bringing the formidable power of an Super Star Destroyer and the starfighter support of a dedicated Carrier into a single vessel under 5,000 meters capable of engaging and defeating a myriad of foes. Following the Alliance Naval Doctrine of Starfighter Superiority; the Bippinator Class comes with hanger space for up to 50 Starfighters with 45 of those squadrons being bombers and main attack craft, while the other 5 squadrons are meant for support vessels. Although that is not to say that the Battle Cruiser is entirely defenseless when it comes to armament and shielding; sporting a wide array of weaponry from broadside flak cannons and mass drivers to extensive shield arrays.

The Galaxy Was Constant War​

The entire history of the galaxy could be summarized with a single word Warfare as citizens lost their lives in the constant struggle for galactic supremacy as various galactic superpowers such as the Galactic Empire, New Republic, Ashlan Crusade, The New Imperial Order/Empire, The Eternal Empire all rose and fell one by one across the eons and made their considerable mark in the history datacrons. Entering the Galactic Year 900 ABY, History was repeating itself in the form of the Second Mandalorian Wars which had begun quickly as former alliances were swiftly broken following the end of the Second Great Hyperspace War which destroyed planet after planet until the great enemy had been defeated.

Those Independent Worlds not swallowed up by the remaining superpowers were swiftly being occupied without opposition. The World of Kynachi had been spared this fate so far but it was only a matter of time before eyes glanced upon its inhabitants; enlisting them to fight. As such the world had been chosen to be the bedrock of a New Power emerging within the galaxy.

The Parliament of Autonomous Systems which seeks to protect these small independent worlds from being swallowed up by the larger powers has established themselves on this world and seeks allies and recruits in its struggles for recognition.

Within the Capital City of Kynachi lay the Hall of Hess'Minster where the Lord Speaker is hosting the 1st Session of the Standing Parliament. This will allow representatives, corporations and ambassadors from distant worlds a chance to voice their own ideals on how the government should function and how they can protect their citizens from encroaching powers.

Following in the nature of Skakoan rationality ; the Industrial Initiative for Galactic Advancement is a corporation that adopts said philosophy for the creation of warfighting materials and resources procurement. Ranging from individual armaments to full scale top of the line starships, each design following a simple principle of utility and space efficiency which is further exemplified in each product produced from the assembly lines, although open to contract work with any buyer and willing to tailor each product to the wishes of the buyer even if it means going against market principles. Utilizing business practices that can be considered as immoral by employing droid laborers, and indentured employees in order to fill product quotas. While not favoring any faction currently operating within the galaxy it has a hand deep within the Empire of the Lost Market and the Alliance Market in regards to war profits as they expand their borders ten fold.

RATIONALE

The Industrial Initiative was orginally founded by a group of ex-employees of the Technoid Manufactorum ran by Gat Tambor and workers from the Skakoan-Neimoidian Engineering Co-operative, with slight funding from the Trade Federation of Planets in exchange for marketable shares in the company itself. Elected by the Board of Directors, Rulonom Laborr serves as the current 'Chair' of the Initiative and directs its operations, along with having a duel role as Director-General of the Trade Federation.

In association with Colla Design corporation, the company produced the droid tri-fighter in vast quantities while working as the Confederacy of Independent Systems naval forces' fightercraft designers during the Clone Wars. DESCRIPTION​

As the Galaxy continues to spiral into one war after another with the most recent engagements being the Alliance-Enclave War, the Mandalorian-Sith Skirmishes, the Sith Empire Campaigns leading up to 900 ABY to 902 ABY. The Galactic Alliance is surrounded on all sides by foreign powers looking to carve up its territories and has issued one mobilization after another in the hopes of containing the spread of darkness throughout the galaxy. In response to this mobilization effort, the BSD Hammerhead Class B Cruiser was designed and produced by Byblos Star Drives as part of the Galactic Alliance 8th Generation Modernization Initiative which is designed to slowly upgrade the arsenal of the Alliance Fleet with a wide range of new cruisers, battlecruisers, and frigate classes in order to maintain their hegemony on the galactic frontier. Having witnessed the introduction of the Imperial Erebus-Class Sith Battlecruiser during the Blockade over Onderon, the Hammerhead Class B was built in response as a powerful support cruiser able to patrol in pack formation along the major galactic trade routes and even engage in direct combat with the insidious marvels of Imperial Engineering. Coming in at around 1,000 Meters - the Hammerhead Class B is equipped with several layers of shielding and heavy armor plating across its more vulnerable area and packed to the brim with weaponry ranging from heavy turbolaser batteries to missile launchers installed directly underneath its main hull. Although like all vessels introduced during the Modernization Program, their is enough hanger space for 5 squadrons of starfighters.
