I like this idea as a series of smaller terrorist type events similar to say the events of say the Republic Commando: Triple Zero book. The first attack being something rather small that may or may not being taken as a serious threat by the One Sith. The second, third, or fourth attack causing increased attention of the One Sith leading up to a skirmish between the Resistance and the One Sith.

It would both allow all involved to get some good action in while still not breaching the "Cool Down" between the One Sith and TGR/allies.

Just my two cents worth though.
