DESCRIPTION
Before Cellica had departed from her homeworld, and before the Sith Order had captured her. The divinari woman was something of a crafter, or more specifically a tailor with the unique method of using crystals to grant her articles Force-like benefits. Whether it was to simply allow them to be more attuned to the Force, allowing them to bolster in health and mind. But now Cellica must use her talents for an Order bent on conquest and war. She was well aware that crystals were fragile in nature, so Cellica grounded the kyber crystals into fine powder before infusing said powder with the armorweave. This was done by a ritualistic treatment that often required Cellica's full attention, and to keep the kyber powder from being corrupted. To create a neutral slate for those who preferred to be closer to the Dark, or to simply grant a closer connection to the Force without risk of breaking.
- Force Attunement ~ Due to the kyber crystals being infused with the armorweave through methods of treatment, this material can provide Force-related benefits when fashioned into clothing or armor. The effects are dependent on the crystal however, if any.
- Lightweight ~ This material is light and flexible, allowing the light armors and even medium armors to retain their mobility.
- Energy Resistance ~ The Crystal-Weave retains the armorweave's high resistance against energy weapons, and it provides some protection against lightsabers as well.
WEAKNESSES
- Force-Reliant ~ Unfortunately, in order for the armor or object made out of this material to fully function, the wearer must be Force Sensitive. More often than not, the wearer would have to attune themselves to the kyber-infusion material or else it would only be armorweave.
- Kinetic Vulnerability ~ As this material can resist blasters and lightsabers, unfortunately it provides little protection against Kinetic type weapons.
