Strengths:
Hacker: Cy is able to hack into just about anything, including private underground and republic communications, he even went as far as hacking the Holo-net once.
Cyborg: As a cyborg, Cy has a multitude of abilities, including flight, super strength, laser-based weapons, an arm cannon, and an enhanced brain.
Durability: Cy's metal body is made of a combination of alloy and trace amounts of Phrik, making him very durable.
Weaknesses
Vulnerable to technology: Being a cyborg, Cy is incredibly vulnerable to lightsabers, electric weapons, and if caught off guard, hacking.
Overconfident: More than once, Cy has fallen prey to overconfidence, and has been arrested due to him not covering his tracks well.
APPEARANCE:
Quite skinny for a cyborg, but almost completely made of metal, has red pulsing lights in his body.
BIOGRAPHY:
Cy was born on Corusant, in the deepest levels of the underground. His parents abandoned him, and at age 10, he already knew how to pickpocket, and steal food. But more than anything, he wanted to leave. Cy soon learned he had an affinity for computers, and used his skills to feed the ever-increasing hunger of information in the underground for rich clients. He soon had enough credits to get to the surface of Corusant. However, he suffered a near fatal accident when one of the clients that he had backstabbed shot down his speeder. Soon after, the Confederacy of Independent Systems offered to give him a body that had many capabilities, with the condition that he work for them. Cy agreed.

Cy pilots a Belbullab-19 starfighter, an ancestor to the Belbullab-21, Grievous's ship. It has a very durable armor, hyperdrive capabilities, and 2 rapid fire cannons.
