Rex was looking at the artillery for the CIS and realised that they could use some more. So he went and made some new ones. He added a droid brain to up it's accuracy and also make it self sufficient. He went to Mandal Arms to make it out of mando steel. But Kaine also wanted it for the ME and Rex agreed. They did the same thing as the last time they worked together and made purple bolts for the CIS and Green for the ME.
With it's overwhelming firepower it is able to destroy most builds and vehicles with out shielding. It uses it's Hypervelocity plasma cannon as it's only weapon. However with it's accuracy it does more damage than normal artillery.
The ablative armour on the artillery allows it to take several blaster bolts before failing. It uses its legs to walk into positions as well as to turn and fire upon new targets. If it breaks down it is stuck where it was and can't fire until someone finds it and fixes it again.
With Rex Taff dying and the company removing itself from mandalorian hands any thoughts of continuing the use of mandalorian steel were quickly banished in favour of many of the materials made and used by mirdirmorut instead. This allowed the droid a bit more in terms of defensive capabilities as well as livability on the battlefield.
