Ovmar used to be heavily involved with the Fringe, but now he's more busy with his own plans. Well-connected throughout the Galaxy though, his best connection is with the Tion Hegemony now. I have to agree with @FRAME. Infamy is a good thing, particularly since the Dark-aligned characters will be more accepting of you, and there are a significant amount of them on the board. Circe has many friends on both sides of the aisle, and will gladly help get you established.
